The hotel and ataff were great but the double glazing was cery bad and I was woken up before 7am but really loud crashing and banging of delivery lorries and bin lorries. It was impossible to sleep - I got about 3 hours. Which rules it out as a hotel for me.

Hi Susan It's great to see you liked the hotel and that the staff were great during your stay, however it's a shame to read of the noise disturbance you experienced. I have passed your comments on to the Hotel Management Team to see if they can pick this up with the delivery companies to arrive a little later so...

I stayed here last week and arrived at 1am after a long and difficult journey. Got the warmest, most friendly welcome from Trevis on reception. He was friendly, polite, professional and kind which gave me a brilliant first impression of the hotel. The staff on in the morning were also noticeably friendly and efficient. Stayed in many Premier Inn's and...

We have stayed at this Premier Inn four times in the last five years. It's a good location for travelling to (from the north) and for getting in to central London (ten minute walk to the tube station 25-30 minutes on train). Buckhurst Hill is a relaxed, quiet place to stay. The pub next door serves a great carvery and...

Becoming a regular user of Premier Inns. This one did not disappoint. Bed very comfortable, as you would expect. Breakfast available on site with excellent choices of fresh fruit, yoghurts and of course the full English. Staff, again as always, very helpful and friendly. In fact, as unexpectedly visiting area in two weeks time , shall be staying again.

Having stayed in numerous Premier Inns we expected the same reliable comfortable room and good service but got a cold room with an inefficient method of heating it even with an extra heater that was provided. The windows felt cold even through the curtains. The bed was not as comfortable as the usual Hypnos beds and didn't block out enough...

Just one night stay. This was very clean , tea provided in room. Quiet even though near main road. No bar, but pub next door. Adequate parking. Would def. stay again. Very good price for one night. You may pay extra for breakfast.

Great location, close to everthing I needed it to be plus more, might stay again to gain access to central London via the Tube. Great room and bed, as expected, breakfast was delicious, overall very happy.

This premier inn shares a car park with a "Toby Jug" steak house. Don't be fooled by the Toby Jug offer of unlimited breakfast-the Premier inn's offer was better value. We were there for a party nearby and our advance booking saved us over £2. the hotel itself was, like all of the Premier inns we have used, very clean,...

Staff great, very helpful and efficient. Breakfast VG cooked to your taste. Room VG beds comfortable and clean but a few little items not available (no tray or mats to rest hot tea/coffee on, no toilet brush, no hand tissues, no drawers for clothes, no heated towel rail in bathroom:- something expected in a stay.

Lovely clean room with very comfortable bed, busy area yet no noise. Breakfast excellent and staff all so friendly. Brilliant location for a relaxing walk or cycle ride around Epping forest as well as going into London, a good mix of city and country.
