Stayed with a group of 16 for a Hockey Tournament at nearby Schwarz Weiss Neuss (Hockey and Tennis Club) Nice check in, told by staff member bar would not be open that evening (Thursday or the Friday) given room 204 overlooking some units, but very quiet so a bonus, no noise. Clean bright room with two patio doors which we left open all day / night as no air conditioning but kept the room cool. Plenty storage, wardrobe/drawers. Kettle, everything you need.Friendly welcome from staff at breakfast, enjoyed fruit juice. tasty rolls, yogurts cereals on offer, hot dishes available. the scrambled eggs were delicious always kept hot. tea/coffee machines impressed with the breakfast on offer. We were visiting hotel as part of a Hockey Tournament so a lot of teams staying, why the bar remained closed during our 4 night stay is a mystery. they also have an outside seating area, which with the good weather we had. would of been ideal to sit at after returning to the hotel after a match. We all met at reception before heading out to eat. but had to make do with bottled beer from a fridge next to reception desk, which was charged to your room, Bizarre as hotel would of made a fortune had the bar been open. The Saturday evening the hotel hosted the Hockey Dinner (buffet)for all the teams to attend, held in a large function area with a bar, Slow service to begin with as a server was allocated a few tables. but between table service and someone going to the bar it wasn't a problem. We were seated near to the buffet, there was also another buffer for the tables round the corner. Cannot complain about the food. Good selection and all food was kept hot (always a bonus,) A very enjoyable evening, Danke. Overall enjoyed our visit and stay in hotel, located in a nice area, enjoy a short walk to restaurants/Lidl and shops. Or walk cycle through the park. :) :)

This hotel was booked by the corporate head office for a exhibition taking place in Düsseldorf. Clean basic hotel with comfortable beds but pillows need much improvement. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Small gym on site which did the job Used the bar in the evening which had good range of the drinks Hotel is slightly too far from centre of Düsseldorf but there are a range of decent restaurants within Neuss.

Good check in and friendly staff on reception. Room was a touch dated and the shower gel and soap wasn’t great or the easiest to get out of the fixed dispenser.
Pillows were a bit on the thin side but slept well enough.
Bar was good for a drink and breakfast was only ok. Hot breakfast items were stone cold.

This Hotel is appalling. An absolute rip off. Firstly it feels more like a factory than a Hotel. Shockingly everything in the Hotel is closed on a Sunday (which they never called out when booking). You can't even get a cup of coffee. It's meant to be a Hotel with paying guests. How can you have guests and not offer food and drink. On top of that if you stay for three nights you get one bottle of water in your room. One bottle for your entire stay and they charge you €6 per bottle if you want another one. By the way you also only get one very small bath towel and one face towel in your room. My advice, never book with the Dorint group and absolutey never stay in this hotel. This cost me €291 per night.

This is a business hotel ideal for conferences Hotel is remote from the city of Düsseldorf. Rooms are basic with very low quality thin pillows and a very light blanket. Breakfast and internet are good. Within a walking distance there are some shops and restaurants. Not for holidays. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Dorint Neuss still is a good hotel. The rooms are kept well, look fresh and are clean. Beds fine, I don't like the pillows as they are too soft and thin, but that is personal. I prefer rooms wth a shower, they also have some with a bath. Purchase breakfast when you book as that is the cheaper option. Saves 10 euro per person per day. The breakfast itself is still very good and plenty to choose from. The restaurant was now closed, but you could order food and eat it in the bar. Maybe the TV in the room is getting a bit old and small, but with all these German channels that have international series dubbed over in German, who would want to watch that?

Been here with Bongo bon with dog. Friendly people at the reception, as well as the rest of the people working there. Clean and decent rooms, a breakfast with sufficient choice. One comment maybe, the bar was not open - yes it was possible to order a drink in the bistro, but we just like enjoying a drink in a the bar. An opportunity to meet new people. Ideal location to visit Neuss and/or Düsseldorf. Parking under the hotel or just the public parking in front of the hotel.

This is a very large hotel which seems to be primarily used for conferences. I know that a lot of businesses are just starting to recover from CV19 but it was disappointing the hotel bar and restaurant was closed during our visit. Other than that the facility was very good. Good sized rooms, very clean, staff friendly, acceptable breakfast. Very close to the tram stop into Dusseldorf. Overall we found it very good value for money.

We took the sky train from our terminal to the airport train station. We actually stood in line and bought our tickets from the train office, rather than a kiosk. From the airport train station, we changed trains at the Dusseldorf Hbf to go to the Neuss Hbf. Outside the Neuss station, we caught a tram that let us out right in front of the hotel. It was not difficult at all, but we only had carryon bags.
There are more places to choose from in the Neuss area.
