Clean and spacious rooms. Its location is very good if you have a car; the centre of Düsseldorf is relatively close by and you avoid much of downtown traffic. Parking is ample in the area (at least on weekends when the nearby office buildings are empty). Another business-traveller-oriented hotel that's a safe choice with no surprises.
I would only mention that the beds make no sense. Two single beds joint together; if the two people staying in the room are not a couple, they'd rather not sleep next to each other; if they are a couple, they need a double duvet, not two (very) narrow single ones. So I'll take a star off because of that. Small detail but small details make the difference.

I am delighted this hotel has listened to feedback and re-activated the fridges in the rooms! Aside from this the beds are comfy, the air conditioning is amazing, shower is powerful! Hotel is super quiet and meets our needs annually perfect!

Extremely helpful staff, well located hotel with ample secure parking (for a small fee). We were in Neuss attending a funeral having travelled from the UK. Reception was exceptionally helpful arranging for our PCR results to be printed out before our departure if we needed them to. Breakfast and dinner were excellent even though dinner had to be taken in the bar as the restaurant was closed.

Stayed here again for another two nights this week. Upgraded again! Hotel has great staff and special call out to the barman who after a few visits knows what I drink and always greets me with a smile and a hello. Breakfast is wonderful, great selection, especially love the smoked salmon. Again, staff are so helpful. If all hotels were as good as this, travel would be so good.

This hotel is located in an Office Area. Surrounded by buildings and nothing to find for evening leisure. The interior of the rooms is a bit outdated, yes a refurbishment is welcome. Having said that I enjoyed a upgrade to a junior suite. It is spacious and comfortable. I stay here once in a while when there's a Exhibition with ditto prices in Köln. Outside you can park your car on the streetside for free.

Arrived very late on friday night after a long trip by ferry and coach from UK. Having asked for a quiet room we were hoping that we'd get a good night's sleep, on going up to our room we were pleasantly suprised to find we'd been upgraded to a suite. Twin beds were extremely comfortable and a quick call to reception for extra pillows was obliged within minutes. Staff spoke excellent english and the breakfasts were among the best we've encountered in Germany with lots of choice including cooked eggs/bacon etc for the brits!. The bar has a happy hour each night with drinks for half price which went down very well with us and several others in our party and although we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening we heard glowing reports. Highly recommended.

A good hotel. Large comfortable rooms. Mini bar, flat screen tv, a selection of beverages/ snacks, sat tv. Small bathroom. Excellent selection of breakfast, a la card menu for lunch and dinner. And a small bar. There is no free internet in the lobby. Wifi costs 5eur/hr, 7eur/4hrs... A pity as the hotel was full of businessmen for the K fair.

The hotel has really cosy, big rooms and they are well equiped. The food is very tasty and they have a lot of options. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you are in Neuss area.

The hotel is not a new building, but it is very well renovated. The staff is friendly and professional, and the breakfast is varied. The Neuss shopping mall is nearby, a recommendation to stay for a weekend Dusseldorf and surroundings!

A inn was always built by a fountain or well and with the worlds strongest creators at your doorstep this hotel still defines this lodging place that I call home when I visit Neuss.
A place that inhabits a whole range of staff that give their 100% no matter the hour of the day and this is why I return every year only to greet the top gems in the service industry.
Mr. Sayadi is the heart of the inn. He Knows the Spirit of each customer and makes everyone in the room feel welcome. Alone, no worries with the creativity and Herr. Sayadi’s Supreme customer service you always leave satisfied after a day of creating.
Ms. Sieberich is a observer and will greet you will a beautiful smile every morning. Her attention to the whole room is fascinating especially at 8:00 when her customers pour through the doors to eat the most important meal of the day.
You can take the world on when you leave and always return to a cozy place you call home in Neuss and this is why I return.
A hotel is nothing more than a place of rest but this special gem brings you a human experience. I would sleep on hay and still go here.
Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will return next year.

I am sorry, but I do not know if they have Hotel to or from Airport shuttle service. They do with the fairground, so it would not surprise me if they offer it also for the airport
