The hotel located not in the center but public transport is just walking distance bus stop is just outside the hotel and tram stop going to center of Düsseldorf is about 10 mins . And shopping center is 7 mins walk from the hotel calm area with a nice view from our room ,
My only complaint was one of the pillow smells from someone sweaty head . But the rest of the pillows were okay . And pity that I paid for the room for 180€ per night that I really thought breakfast was included but actually no breakfast , there’s maybe a mistake with the system coz I even tried to email the hotel 5 days before the date of our arrival with the given email address but I can’t send them email .

Nice bar, bedrooms ostensibly well maintained etc. However, it was roasting hot and the aircon was not working at all. The night desk manager came up to let me check two other rooms, but frankly, the problem was the same everywhere. He insisted it just took time for the temperature to cool, but front desk staff at check out the next day said the aircon was simply not working. This led to a sleepless night. I would definitely not have stayed in mid-August had I known.
On Covid mitigation, the night duty manager wasn't wearing his mask over his nose, which rather defeats the object when you're sharing a confined space with him. It was astounding to see people cramming into the elevators, despite the signs, and the breakfast restaurant was also heaving with guests making distancing impossible.
Parking out in the street seems to be free of charge. If the spaces outside the front of the building are full, there are a few more discreetly tucked on the road behind the hotel.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Neuss for 9 days to attend a show in Dusseldorf. The room provided was very comfortable and well furnished with everything I needed in order to both work and relax.
The service team in the bar and restaurant were friendly and efficient and the Front Desk team were superstars with every request addressed quickly with a smile. Special mention to Giancarlo, the Front Office Manager as he was super! Friendly and exceptionally helpful. Also would love to mention one of the ladies in the Front Desk team with long dark hair and glasses (Unfortunately I can't recall her name) as she was super efficient, very friendly, always smiling and made my days more pleasant. Overall had a fantastic stay and will definitely recommend the hotel and team.

Dusseldorf hotels are very expensive but this hotel usually at a reasonable price.
The location is out of Dusseldorf center, 10-15 minutes with a car.
The room big enough and clean, comfortable bed but the room needs an update.
Breakfast was good.
WiFi works well.

The hotel is located at outskirt of Düsseldorf. Due to heavy traffic in peak hours, minimum you spend 75 minutes in the car.
The hotel itself is an average business hotel. The rooms are clean and large.
The breakfast is quite satisfying and many different tastes are being served.
The gym is too small and has no sufficient instruments for exercise.

The staff were fantastic. Really helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and modern.
Unfortunately the air conditioning was very poor, or broken, and the room was so very hot. The only way to get air inside was to open a dangerous window that had no child safety on it.
The bathrooms could use a refresh, but a nice deep bath was great.
Amenities were lacking here, didn’t look like there was room service, so really just a hotel with a room and nothing more. But the staff were wonderful.

I'll try to summarize my experience in this hotel. Reception was fine, a very nice Syrian man made our check-in and the room was perfect. Extremely comfortable bed, very operational working area and nice decor in the room. The bathroom was fine, but the gap with the bathtub is too high.
Now we come to the uncomfortable part of the story: the restaurant. It was around 8pm when we get there and it was busy; 4 people were running like a headless chicken around. They were blocked: no solutions, no service... We wait for more than 15 minutes to have the menu and we had to go to the bar to get a copy. After more than 20 minutes, no one was coming to take our order and we went to the bar again. The choice is very limited, but the food was acceptable, I can't say so about the service.
Very little English, no will to give a good service and no interest in what they were doing.
We reported to the reception that night and again the day after, as they wanted to charge us with wines we din't drink as we ordered bier.
The hotel is very convenient, but the restaurant is chaotic and it vanish the rest of the service (mainly cleanness and reception).

Okay as Business hotel but not justiying the price >250EUR/night. Check-in is effiecient and friendly. Restaurant I do question as prices are far overstreteched compared to what is offered, but closeby there are no choicres. Room is clean and spacy but not 4 stars, windows not properly tight, water extremly hot and ventilation can ot be properly controlled. I experienced big problems with access card system to the romm-I went there 3 times to get it fixed from the 14th floor-not really what you lok for.

I don't think so anyhow I would not recommend it .
the train station is 5 minute walk from the hotel and takes about 30 mins and cheap .
Usually you get in the sauna naked - however they will tolerate a swimsuit as well. Just make sure that you use a towel under your body in any case!
