Spur of moment surf trip - needed somewhere near Harlyn Bay and Google found Waves Rooms - brilliant choice. Loved the place - clean, simple, contemporary, comfortable. Excellent comms from the owner Bev. Can't fault anything and will most definitely return.

Stayed here so we could go for a meal at raffertys, found that the room was very clean but small, said b & b but the breakfast was left in room and was good, contact with letting was good but was by text, would stay again.

Loved our stay a Waves. Communication was excellent from Bev who sent a text with directions etc. We stayed in The Cove. Beautiful room and had everything we could possibly want. We stayed for 2 nights but I could of happily stayed here for much longer. So unlike your tradition B and B's or hotels which makes this place so...

The accomodation was compact but of the highest qualityand the breakfast choices, which were left in the room the day before, were varied and more than adequate including milk, yoghurts and fruit juices in the fridge. There was plenty left over to take on a picnic including magnificent muffins. The quirky bit was having it in your room and having...

We spent 4 very comfortable nights here. We stayed in the Bay Room - which features a spacious separate bathroom. Really clean, with crisp white linen and I liked the non-intrusive aspect of letting yourself in, though Bev is on hand by text and will make sure you're settled in. We really liked the basket of goodies and mini fridge...

Loved our stay at Waves. Starting with the treasure hunt instructions which was fun and enjoying the spotless B and B. No criticisms at all but just a suggestion-perhaps natural yogurt and natural muesli included in the breakfast.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We were allocated the bay room which is a loft conversion with low sloping ceilings, very comfortable with a large en suite bathroom. A very substantial continental type breakfast that was better than most 4 star accommodations . The rooms are very clean and bright. The Waves rooms are allowed to park on the pub...

My husband and I stayed in a room called The Bay which had a sloping ceiling on one side and my husband being tall kept hitting his head. However the bed was very comfortable and cosy with bright white linen. We had our own private bathroom which again was very clean and adequate, nice bath accessories as well and fluffy...

This B&B was unusual. We parked in a pub car park and walked through a gate to a hidden door which took is to our room. The room (the bay) was lovely with a HUGE comfy bed and a large, private bathroom across the hall, however my tall boyfriend did bang his head on the beams several times. The room...

Lovely room, in good location for Padstow and 'seven beaches' Very clean and comfortable. Not suitable for disabled as up steep stairs. Little disappointed as expected hot breakfast- we got a basket of cereals, granola bar, muffin, fruit, apple juice and yoghurt was a little carb based for us...
