I stayed here for more than a month in Jan Feb and March 2021 for a business trip. This was just after first lockdown, hospitality industry was badly hit and still the experience is worth praise. The staff: Really helping & supportive to ensure guest comfort. Especially at reception the staff will take extra efforts to make you feel home & majority time personal request for small things are entertained quickly. If any delay i would say was due to sudden over crowd with limited staff. Experiences: The management has happily changed the meals arrangement for me with separate counters for Veg & Non-Veg food to ensure right experience for veg only guests. Hotel policies: The policies are more guests friendly specially when I compare with other business hotels nearby. I have many times extended the stay or booked room by a phone call. On longer stays which happens many time due to business need the hotel gave gift coupons to be redeemed. Food: Is delicious & variety is good. Chef can give proper name on the food. For example for Dal - they just mention Dal, but chef must have taken great efforts to make that variety of dal so little more information can ensure the efforts taken are also more visible. This I have noticed some other business hotels. For more comfort: Have tie up with some local service provider for car clean as nowadays many prefer personal vehicle for all travels. Better toilets facility for drivers as well. Thumbs down: One thing i did not like was the entry from Parking to Hotel, reception is not via lift so I had to take staff help to move my luggage however not a concern as such. Summery: I personally recommend this hotel for business as well as personal stay. I expect more refined experience once the pandemic is behind us as getting and maintaining good staff is really a challenge in lockdown times, nonetheless Noorya Hometel Pune get my appreciation. A great hotel. The staff (mrunal and others) was very approachable and helpful making your stay a best of time. The breakfast was good. Though they need to work on their food menu as it has limited options. They also provided cab service to and from the office. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Rooms are spacious, staff is responsive and food in restaurant is average. However the hotel is very far from city center but there are malls in 2 to 3 km.radius from hotel. Hotel should take care of maintenance more as shower was not working properly
The best place to stay in Pune during Kovid-19 is Noorya Homtel. The entire staff is very cooperative and helpful. Here you will meet Chef Kaushik, you will definitely like his service and Behavior. Stay safe and enjoy your holiday.
As a member of the black community I am appalled by the behaviour of this company. They have repeatedly stated numerous amounts of times that they do not want black people here. If you are black find some where else to go. Especially in the era we live in as a black person I shouldn’t have to worry about the colour of my skin affecting anything I do but I guess it does.
