We stayed at the Kashmir as a group of friends for Snowboarding vacation last month. The Hotel is well maintained and the staff are really nice. We were six adults in a large 3 bedroom apartment. We cook in and the kitchen was a little small for us. but overall the apartment size was fine. The hotel is very big...

Based on the piste in Val Thorens this is a top quality hotel made so by it's superb staff who all spoke excellent English and could not have been more helpful. Close to all the facilities in VT and above all ski in/out to access all the top class skiing in VT. Still excellent in a warm mid April.

We had a lovely family suite ( two bedrooms and a separate lounge). Excellent location which is accessible on skis. Great view from our room. On the negative side, the hotel resturant was under staffed. Waiters were too busy to give an adequate service. There was a very limited range of vegetarian options. The bar was poor, covered in dirty...

We went there as a group of 8 people. The hotel has a very nice locker room that can allow skiers to get ready and hit the slope right away. The staff were friendly at the reception and the house keeping. However some of them needed more training especially those who work at restaurants. One of the waiters had always...

We had a 3 double bedroom apartment with large sitting area and fully equipped kitchen. Ski in and out, absolutely fab. Food was great and fresh bread deliver in the morning was fantastic. Great pool for the kids after a days skiing and the terrace had a brilliant view over the piste. The main centre was 10 minutes walk away...

Rooms are large and pleasant and could accommodate a family of 4-5 (with closets somewhat constrained). The kitchens are well equipped (including a dishwasher). The suites are not serviced (we where not offered the option of service). Guests are advised (in severe terms) to keep the suites clean - but we got ours quite dirty and dusty at the start...

Really good Hotel with easy Ski in and Out access to the slopes, good choice of food in the evenings although not really suited for families with younger children, bar prices are what you'd expect in a 4 star hotel in the alps so be prepared, the really nice thing about the hotel was the staff, all smiles and could...

Great place - mixing hotel and apartments on the edge of the resort - off the cairn blue run. A 10 min walk to the main shops and restaurant row - far enough not to be in "beer crazy town" but close enough to enjoy the resort. Perfect position for accessing the amazing 3 vallees - but only truly ski...

Dear Timothy MURPHY, Thank you very much for your complete and detailed commentary ! Just for information for the ski slope: You just have to cross the slope to have a green access for beginners. I hope to see you next year ! Regards, Antoine MARTIN

The good: Very nice living space on our duplex apartment, with well equipped kitchen for four. Excellent ski rental in-house with great service Great ski in and out, and ski locker room. The not so good: Expensive and uninspired "fine dining" Karmin restaurant with too small portions and slow service. Sauna and pool separated either side of hotel entrance. Lounge...
