I stayed in this residence between christmas and newyear at the end of 2016. We are a family with 2 little children (8 & 11yrs old). The residence is rather clean and the bathrooms have been renewed. As in all ski resorts the appartments are rather small but it was OK. This residence offers good value for money. they have...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with the tripadvisor users. It is a great pleasure to read that you and your family enjoyed your holiday in our mountain resort. Great weather of course helps for this. We are very happy that you also appreciated the facilities and that eventual problems were solved quickly. We would love...

My partner and i stayed here as part of a work trip. We're coach drivers, we brought a coach of uni students skiing. We don't get to pick where we stay, we get told here's your key. Anyway we got here, got our key and came to our room for a much needed rest after driving from the uk in...

Stayed here January 2015 for a university trip. They restrict access to the facilities so you can't use them on the last day. They charged our group thousands of euros for security we did not need. Not one complaint was made against our group and we didn't have any other hotel residents complain to us personally about any noise yet...

If you want to spend your holidays being kept awake through the night by drunk students; this is the place for you. Talking to french people who own apartments in the building, all has changed this year. The residence is full of partying teenagers & students who smoke in the corridors, shout & scream at each other across balconies &...

Good clean basic apartments but we were not informed that reception is only open for 3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon before we left England so we unfortunately arrived 10 minutes after reception had shut. There was a number to call, but that went to an answerphone in the closed reception - so I heard...

Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful: having arrived before our rooms were ready we were told we would have to wait up to three hours and we would not be able to leave our bags anywhere. The bedding doesn't get washed properly, it didn't seem like there were any employed cleaners. Upon leaving the residence we were unfairly and unlawfully...
