Like other reviews this chalet was tired and service poor. All this said, staff were lovely and did the best they could with what they had. Much of what is advertised on Skiworlds' website is not forthcoming. "Heated" pool was ice cold and apparently "engineer had done all he could". The website suggests "Complimentary" drinks with your canapés and mulled...

Great for groups and skiing, great hotel/chalet with superbly friendly staff. Would recommend as it's really ski in and out if there's a bit of snow. Wifi limited to ground floor 😔and no room TV, but that's not why you go skiing is it?

This is billed by Skiworld as (and I quote from their website)... "We have taken all the best bits of a traditional chalet holiday, the facilities you would expect of a hotel and added in all those little details that really matter to skiers and boarders, whether expert or beginner. All wrapped up of course with our exemplary Skiworld service"...

We had a great week with wall to wall blue sky so we're out all day and did not use the Sauna/swimming pool-did look at it and if more than 5 people were in the pool it would be crowded. This chalet is a short walk to and from the slopes not ski in or out. A good 200m in...

A great location (100m away and off you ski), good facilities and some very good food. When asked most of the staff are very helpful (although not so good at breakfast), but there doesn't seem to be the attention to detail (they are reactive but nothing more)i have experienced at other skiworld chalets. Would I go back, yes. Some very...

This is the place for those of you who appreciate sleeping on an extra firm bed made out of rough wooden planks and for those of you who like to bring everything your selves, including the soap to wash your hands and the mug for brushing your teeth. A great place to practise your skils in Italian, since that is...

We stayed at the Aigle in early April 2016, with Skiworld. Our rooms were reasonable sized (it pays to select your rooms from the floor plans on the Skiworld site - not all are the same size), clean and warm - in fact too warm until we'd turned the thermostat to zero. Unlike many ski chalet rooms there were plenty...

We Spent a week though Ski World. Mixed group of 42 people. Facilities were great including pool and sauna. Well stocked bar with bar games. Staff really friendly and helpful. Organised a bar crawl and sledging for us. food was excellent. Chalet was close to the lifts about a 5 minute walk. Would definitely recommend!

Firstly ignore the address given on TripAdvisor, this chalet is on Rue des Almes in Tignes du lac! Took a group of 40 and we had sole occupancy of this chalet. The staff could not have been more friendly or attentive to our needs, particularly those of the two children in our party, excellent service. Food was plentiful and of...

The Hotel Aigle is a comfortable place to spend a week on holiday but it is not luxurious. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The food is very good and wholesome with just enough choice to keep the tastebuds interested. The chef will always try to create something else if the days menu doesn't suit. Be aware that...
