We had 15 days with a group of a ski team of kids. They enjoyed a lot because the hotel is in a great location in the heart of les deux alpes. Good food for the kids and good quality and quantity Space for workshop available

We booked our holiday via Crystal and was mindful of some of the mixed reviewing this hotel had. On arrival the entrance is classic 70's French, a little shabby, dark wood and the carpet is worn by ski boots walking across it, but the bedrooms, bar and restaurant and refurbished, light and airy a Swedish feel. After settling in these...

We stayed her over Easter, yes it's a bit tatty, but apart from this all positive. The food was fabulous and service always with a smile. The family rooms at the front are by far the largest I have had in a ski hotel and have load of hooks to hang all your gear. The only moan is dreadful wifi...

The hotel is situated very near the main lifts and just across the road from a few small button lifts and a small chair. It's about 5 mins walk to the main Jandri express so definitely close enough for skiing. The centre of town is a 10 minute walk and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near by...

We booked our holiday via Crystal and was mindful of some of the mixed reviewing this hotel had. However, after the first day and night these concerns simply melted away. This is a fabulous hotel, well situated for the main lift departure points and the food and service from the Swedish staff is simply, unequivocally, first class. Breakfast was plentiful...

Mixed review about this hotel. Ive been to many ski resorts and don't really expect the Ritz but this really was pretty shabby. Bad points:- Its very dated and tired. Hotel lobby carpets were thread bare and the whole public area is really in need of a revamp. The 2 of us squeezed into the lift with our bags to...

Yep its a bit tired now and in need of a revamp but the amazing staff more than make up for that, it's a great little hotel in a very good spot, food is lovely but won't please everyone it's superbly cooked, plenty of choice for breakfast too, we would definitely return here.. I honestly think crystal over inflate the...

As reports say the hotel is getting tired, that's the negative out off the way Look past the well used lobby because if it wasn't the hotel isn't being used! The rooms, more than adequate, clean, warm and a bathroom with plenty of hot water Food, breakfast plenty full and evening meal ,set meal was excellent every day. The bar, great place to chill...

Firstly the staff in this hotel are the best thing. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The second best thing is the evening meals. If you are a fussy eater (or over eater !) this probably isn't going to suit however there are options other than the set menu , you just ask. Dinner is a top quality 3...
