Nice place, good breakfast but overall unhelpful staff. Front desk clerks were less than friendly. The manager was helpful when onsite but wasn't onsite very often. The kitchen in the room was totally unequipped and when we asked if we could get some utensils we were turned down. The pool was a lovely bonus and the grounds were well kept...

We rented a triplet at this hotel with a fantastic balcony. The room standard is medium, 3-star style but the setting of the hotel and its restaurant is quite something. The pool was also enjoyable. The geographical situation of the hotel is quite good if you want to explore both the fine medieval town as the fantastic roman ruins.

We could not find the adress (Les hauts du Vaison) so we called the mentioned phonenumber. A lady of the hotel chain in Cannes tried to help us by sending us to the adress Hameau du Vaison, which of course was completely wrong. Of course I had mentioned the name of the hotel (le logis du chateau) but apparently she...

We stayed two nights at this hotel...while we reserved it, its picture looked very nice...but afterwards we felt that it was overpriced for 85 euros a night. The room and the bathroom were clean but overall the hotel looked not maintained well, especially its backyard. The small pool was closed. The inside of the lift especially was covered with cardboard...

I booked this hotel via booking.com from my stay in 24 Sep 2016 and it claimed that no cost is charged if the booking is cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival. Afterwards, I checked this hotel is really far from the town, so I cancelled the booking on 7 Dec 2015. Booking.com also confirmed me that no fee will...

Although situated about 25 minutes walk from the main centre and 15 from the haute ville, the view from the terrace and restaurant more than make up for it. The swimming pool was quite small, but very welcome and the staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean, rather than luxurious, but at this price, real value for...

Not a lot that can be said about the hotel - it just was shabby and looking very tired. To refurbish and redecorate, whilst obviously necessary would likely cost a lot of money. We were left with the impression (although have no evidence) that the property might be up for sale so such expenditure would be unwelcome.

We had an excellent night sleep in this hotel situated a short walk away from the town center. The efficient checkin and checkout, the free Wifi and the breakfast buffet were all we needed for this one night. Perfect.

This hotel is very old and somewhat rundown as it hasn't been maintained very well. It is located on a hill outside of town approx. 3 km form the centre. Too far to walk. Checkin/out was pleasant and friendly with no issues. There is one staff member who speaks English so that was helpful. Breakfast was typical French style. Rooms...
