Lovely & cosy place. Hotel is wonderful. Nice staff. Coffee though is not high standard and the tennis court should be fixed. But the location could not be much better in Esterel and the service is great. Especially if your travel with your dog/dogs.
Resort style friendly & sophisticated hotel in superb location - staff attentive, welcoming & friendly. Resort located away from local facilities so a car needed for day trips, but can stay all day at the hotel.
A truly wonderful experience! Everything felt very luxurious. Attention to detail was everywhere. The staff were also very attentive and helpful! Visited the spa and had a very relaxing hour massage with four options of organic scented oils (floral, cinnamon ginger, lemon, or tropical scent). The restaurant Moya was also fantastic! Delicious food and drinks, responsive wait-staff, and beautiful views of the ocean. Attention to detail was also abundant here, with the wall adjacent to the pool twinkling with lights calmly fading in and out as dusk comes over the resort. A wonderful effect while you enjoy dinner and toast at sunset. The beach wasn't a sand beach, but it was wonderful to have the ocean there to take a dip in and have cocktails served directly to you while you lay enjoying the sun. They also offer guided snorkel experiences on certain days. If you can't make it one of the days though, they have goggles for sale in their gift shop.…
Excellent service, amazing location, but the room and food options were disappointing. The restaurant had such limited options and several times we were told that half the menu was unavailable. On top of that, everything that was left was super expensive and not worth it.
still a beautiful place to stay at the cote d'azur with direct seaaccess and private bay. poolarea is perfectly serviced by two ladies who are very attentive! the rooms are nicely decorated and spacious with balcony and nice seaview. the restaurant is nice, too. service is very friendly.
With so many interesting places to stay in the area, this place justifies neither the cost nor the time. The good: - Location near Cannes, but along the coast; driving around their produces some spectacular views and one can drive into Cannes for many entertainment options - Not a beach per se, but you can jump in the water of the Mediterranean in their rocky cove - Clean enough The bad: - The food was awful; I've had better on many airline journeys. I had to double check the chicken sandwich to identify that there was chicken; one thin sad slice of bland chicken cold cut. We were famished, and didn't finish the fries that came with. There were also a lot of ingredients that were not on the list as presented - avocado (to which some are intolerant) and ham as a garnish which some don't eat. Nothing inedible or unsanitary, but just poor tasting and hardly worthwhile. - Breakfast was similarly bland; the pancakes were clearly pre-made and left in a plastic wrap covered steam platter to slowly decay. - The decor was basically Courtyard Marriott level, which is a problem if you are paying a four star price. - Tiny rooms. - There is nothing to walk to from the location; the village nearby is nothing special; if you want to eat anything other than the aforementioned house food you'll be jumping in your car or ordering one. - No concierge help to speak of; we asked for help getting a booking and never got a call back despite being told we would; when we went down and asked at the front desk again they were unhelpful. - It's a 'spa' but enjoying the fresh ocean air can be ruined by a fair number of smokers who apparently can smoke anywhere. - Our bags were left in the lobby unattended right near the front door. - Our room wasn't ready until ~4PM.…
Beautiful Hotel with an amazing sea view. Perfect for couples and families with kids up to 10 y.o. Although the service could be much better and more attentive! But! there were a couple of employees who I would like to mention: Mauro who works at the beach, Anuj, from the breakfast team and Mistral from reception team, these great people are really knows what a 5 star Hotel service is and I want to thank them very much for everything. The location of the Hotel is very good and quiet with a few good restaurants near by, also there is a Marina (where you can rent a boat, jet ski etc.) and as well the place where you can rent SUP, kayaks etc. and all of it with in a walking distance.
This is a very special resort tucked in what is probably one of the most beautiful locations on earth. It’s worth staying at this hotel just for the drive around it which is breathtaking. The hotel is exclusive and five star with every imaginable comfort and the staff is very personable and know each guest by name. We felt very comfortable with all the cleanliness. Every imaginable amenity. The dining is outstanding. We ventured off premises once and found the dining was best right in our hotel. The Miramar Beach restaurant on the water is awesome. Staff, cuisine, view of the water, sound of the breeze through the trees. Don’t hesitate. The least we could do is give these people the review they deserve.
Hotel located in a beautiful location with a direct access to sea, however the service was really poor at the hotel with too many trainees. Breakfast was really poor with a limited choice and variety, no freshly squeezed orange juice available (the only person who did not refuse to make it for us was the barman, the only professional staff at the breakfast buffet), the staff was really inexperienced with a lot of trainees who had no idea what the luxury service looks like resulting in orders being forgotten/mixed or incompetent answers/service, not to mention how disorganized they were running right and left due to covid and no proper management put in place that does not involve guests queuing, super slow service, orders being forgotten or mixed. The hotel had a garden which was abandoned and not taken care of, resulting of noon going there, dirt and unused spaced. The pool and beach area quickly filled up and become crowded, resulting in staff daring to tell you if someone else needs the sun umbrella she will need to take it away from us as we were using two meaning one of us would need to burn in a sun as there was no shadow in the afternoon, not to mention I was pregnant and my partner is allergic to sun. What about buying more umbrellas???!!! Same goes for towels, if you forget yours at your room instead of smiling and giving you new ones or going and getting them from your room their answer is oh you didn't take your towels well need to check if we have any in stock as we don't have many. The other thing that shocked us was the dirty dishes outside one room that were there sine the morning until at least 9pm when we came back from our dinner despite cleaning lady having cleaned the rooms. Bed was super uncomfortable (too soft, felt like a water bed) with no possibility of having natural feather pillows which is something just unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Instead of saying we don't have it just go and buy it! That's what they even do in a 4 star hotels without any questions being asked. As a result I did not have a good night sleep during my whole stay which was meant for relaxation. These were just a few things that disappointed us in a hotel so overall we would not suggest this hotel to anyone for the price and would suggest you to avoid it at all costs until they improve their service and facilities!…
Stunning hotel with gorgeous views of the water. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing. Rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. The outdoor restaurant was excellent and of course, the wine selection was perfect!
