This was our second trip to Mont St Michel. Can't remember where we stayed last time, but the Saint-Pierre was better. Not the largest room, but clean and comfortable with a view of the abbey church. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food, but weren't very impressed with the attitude of the grumpy maitre d'...

I stayed here with my parents and my 21month baby. The triple room was full, so I booked quad room and we have given a room with the view of the mont! I kept taking photos from or window every 20mins over the dask. The room has a double bed, and two singles upstairs. All the cot was sold out...

We stayed one night on Mont Saint Michel, and this turned to be the biggest disappointment in our entire France journey. We decided on this idea spontaneously, and called to reserve a room, based on "Rough Guide" recommendation, at "Hotel Le'Croix". We were pleasantly surprised that there was a room available, for 100 Euro, so we were looking forward to...

I checked into the hotel around 9pm. Had dinner at the hotel. (obtain the breakfast/dinner combination--very well worth it!). And explored Mont from 10pm-11:45pm. It was so much fun to explore the Mont at night when there's only 4 other people on the street. Romantically, it seems like the Mont is whispering its history to you. Great photo opportunity as...

We stayed here just a few days ago - since this is a low period, our room was in the main "building" itself. What we enjoyed the most was the "independent" back door leading straight to the remparts in the back of the hotel, with a beautiful view of the surrounding water. As mentioned in other reviews, a night stay...

Everyone needs to spend a night on Mont Saint Michel and the Auberge Saint Pierre is a good place to stay. Four of us shared the "family room" and found it provided us with what we were looking for, although the winding staircase to the upper bed room is very small. Anyone larger than a medium-sized man will have difficulty...

The Auberge St. Pierre is a charming hotel not too far from the main gate (a consideration even if you’re traveling light). Our comfortable room (#103) was surprisingly large for an old building, and was tastefully decorated. It had a king bed, desk, night stands, small built-in closet, and an attractive bathroom with fair counter space (shower only). There was...

The main Hotel was full and we were put in one of their rooms in the town. Couldn't have worked out better for us! Our room (423), though fairly basic, but fine, had its own private, quiet , medieval looking courtyard opening off it. Yes, there were steps to get to it. But if you go to the Mont you...

From research and reading reviews here I knew not to expect a lot from the hotel. When we booked the reply was in English warning us there were a lot of stairs but we did have a private terrace. Accessing the hotels parking was no problem as we were given the access code by the parking attendant. We were taken...

I was looking forward very much to stay in a very romantic hotel room with a large double-bed as it is advertised by the hotel and thought that the 100 Euro would be worth it even though it is a lot of money to pay for only 1 night. When arriving in the hotel the receptionist explained to us that...
