Hiya! Everyone gets a code for the gate and there was no issue with this for me the last two times I went. There was a problem with red slide for sure last time I went. Lots of people complaining about it and injuring themselves. My holiday “neighbours” both cut themselves on it. You do wonder though if people tell the appropriate people to get things changed? Maybe phone Eurocamps?
