From room with control over temperature to the plastic milk for breakfast what throughly terrible hotel. Room was extremely dated and not particularly clean including hair in the shower and crumbs by the bed. You will wait all day for the only lift which will take 2 people only with minimum luggage. Bed comfort was ok and is the only...

Booked this late on a trip from Germany to Calais as a point close to the port the next day, it was very cheap at e 31 euros but wasn't worth that, the whole town closes at 20.30 hours, the hotel is not dirty but just hasn't been cleaned, the pictures are misleading as they do not show the surroundings,...

This hotel is nicely located at the end of the Tourcoing Line. Nice beds clean beds. The Cook Sebastian is a lovely man and for our traveling party made our days. He was pleasant every morning and seemed eager to please his guests. Other members of the staff should take a leaf out out this man book. One of our...

Spent 3 nights in the IBIS Tourcoing recently. The hotel was clean, comfortable and staff friendly. Its quite close to the Lille Metro and there is a shopping centre across the road. The room was small but clean and was maintained. There was plenty of hot water and the shower was powerful.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel doesn't have a parking car, but in front of there is a public parking by a good price. The room I was is very small, but the bed is good, and also the quality of sleep..

Had problems finding the hotel - signage very small and it was dark and raining when we arrived. Great secure underground carpark when we eventually got there. Staff lovely - very friendly and the rooms were clean, nice comfortable beds and adequate for a couple of nights. Not a great deal around the hotel as it was on the edge...
