They e mailed an access code to the front door and our room which...

This is a no-frills (basic) hotel but as such it really does have everything you need, at a good price, and everything is clean, efficient and comfortable. Receptionist Simon was very helpful. Breakfast was good value at 6.15 euros each. Plenty of free parking. Also recommend nearby restaurant Leon Bruxelles if you need dinner - a 1 minute walk away!...

Booked 17 people into here for a visit to war graces. The hotel was easy to find. Had secure private parking which was locked at night but opened by an access code. Check in is from 3 and check out by 12. There is a machine for checking in and someone on site from 5. Have to say he was...

Helpful member of staff at check in. Room for 3 was not huge but adequate. Everwhere including hallways, lifts and call common areas were clean and fresh. Good value buffet style breakfast for 6.15 euros.

Hard to beat this hotel for value in France with one caveat. Highly efficient operation. You don't even need staff to check in, it can all be done on a keypad at the door with your confirmation number and credit card. No keys for rooms, just passcodes. Same passcode opens gated parking access after hours. Staff was there when I...

A very budget friendly hotel. Small rooms, but clean. We were a family of 3 and had a double bed and two bunks. Lots of room for 4 but not much room for luggage or to sit. The breakfast was not free and you had to book it the day before. The office closes in the afternoon so do not...

Dear Sir, You booked your room on an Online Travel Agency, without breakfast. You had the possibility to leave a comment so we can book it. Also, it it written in the hall that the breakfast must be booked. If we accept people who have no breakfast booked, we take the risk that our guests have nothing left to eat,...

We often stay at B and B chain hotels on our way to the south of France. They vary a little, some are more friendly, some more secure, some warmer with heating already on in our room. However they are cheap, convenient and adequate. Don't expect more. Yes, the room are small, they're mean on pillows,, towels etc. This one...

Having driven 4.5 hours to Dover we decided to drive for a further hour to Arras thus cutting our driving time downt to 6 hours the following day. We'd stayed at a number B&B hotels over recent years and had good to average experiences, Piza being the best. The hotel at Arras was clean and the parking was good but...

A well designed and clean family room with double and 2 singles. Was great for a stop over on the way down through France. The 24hr check in was handy as was arriving late and gated car park was reassuring with a full car left over night.
