This hotel is near the railway station, and a short walk from the centre of town, The room we had was very big, but very dated, the breakfast was awful, I am used to continental breakfasts but this was megre, fortunately we only stopped for one night on the way through, that was enough, no a/c even though they did...

I spent one night here while traveling. The room was a good size and the location was great. The guy on reception was very helpful and directed us to one of the squares in the town and gave us a map. The whole hotel is in desperate need of an update as it feels like you're stepping back in time...

Opposite the station this hotel has seen better days and needs to be modernised. The room was large as was the good bed. But everything looked dowdy. The staff were pleasant enough although one lady gave misleading information Breakfast at 11 Euro was minimal and very poor value.

We showed up with a family of five, having let the hotel know before-hand that we needed a family room and how many people were in our group. We get there, go up to check the room and we are one bed short. We go back to the front desk and ask if it's possible for a cot, because we...

I'm not sure how they can say this is an acceptable hotel on any level. Within 5 minutes of arriving at the hotel we knew there was no way we could stay there. It was dirty, smelled like smoke, there were stains on the carpets and the walls, and the furniture was old, warn, and dirty. Even the bad reviews...

Booked hotel which was sposed to have air con in the room. It was not working. Went to reception and no rooms available had working aircon! Hotel was probably very nice 100 years ago but is now tired, and in need of a complete refurb. Room had dust everywhere, I actually wrote "Clean Me" in the dust on the TV...

We stayed here for one night , thank goodness, see other review re decor and dust on walls ! Despite this parking is free 1800 to 0900 almost outside hotel, English spoken staff. Our main issue is that no breakfast included in the overpriced room rate and our room was at the front , see recent photo as we stayed...

I booked 8 rooms at this hotel for me and our friends because it said all the rooms have air conditioning. The check in went well BUT when we got to our room it felt as 'hot as an oven' and the air conditioning didn't work. We were offered a different room but on inspection found that it also had...

Great location, just across from arras main train station! Nice big rooms, we booked a quad triple. Good shower and separate toilet. Lovely breakfast too and very helpful staff! Would stay again if I ever visit arras again!

We stayed here for several nights while visiting historical sights in the area. The location of the hotel is great, right across from the train station. We checked into our room which was nice and big but had a very musty, stale smell. We soon learned why. Water was leaking behind and under the tub. It's obvious that this has...
