despite having a weeks notice they failed to make any adjustments to their meals to make them gluten-free, apart from removing components with gluten, such as no sauce with the beef, or taking biscuit out of the sweet after the plate was put on the table.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. I had to stay here after work booked it for me. It is horrendous and doesn't even deserve to call itself a 'hotel'. It could maybe get away with the title 'hostel'. I am sure there are prison cells with more space and facilities. The rooms are tiny. There is no...

It's clean in the room, but that's about it!! The overpowering smell of drains in reception is the first welcome, the lack of facilities is the second, no iron in the whole hotel, so creased clothes for meeting royalty! Furniture from the 70's and 80's is lovely, makes up for the lack of lift, not a hotel for the disabled...

Very small room and bathroom, large opening windows which were next to useless as they opened right over the bed! No air con so very hot in the night without ventilation making it impossible to sleep. Staff not really interested in hotel guests, more interested in the restaurant side of the business. Food good but a little on the expensive...

For a two star hotel it was fine, rooms are clean and bed very comfortable. Staff only speak French but hey, we are in France after all. Breakfast was typical of most other places and rooms are at the right price point for a hotel in town and close to main station. Not sure what the poor reviewers were going...

Rooms very small and dated, beds hard as rock with scratchy blankets. Woke up with 3 bites on leg? Think they were a bit generous with the use of the words "hotel room" Studio would have been more appropriate as the tiny bathroom was only separated by an accordian type door which did not close fully. The noise from the...

Stayed here for two nights while exploring the battlefields. Our room was adequate - plenty of space and a large bathroom. On the down side it was on the third floor and there is no lift. Others in our party were less fortunate so far as space was concerned but were on lower floors. The hotel was adequate for the...

Never would I stay here again. A prison holding cell would have been more comfortable. Breakfast was rubbish. Our room had the plumbing of the upstairs room running through our room which kept us up all night.
