This hotel is a gem. The rooms are well appointed and the location is in the centre of town. The main square is in walking distance where there are really nice restaurants. The breakfast in the morning has a great selection. They have wines by the glass to drink in the afternoon or evening and have a lovely garden patio. The...

Last month my wife and I spent six (6) nights at Hotel de L'Atelier. Until the 1950s the building housed a silk factory. It was then converted into twenty-two (22) guest rooms; all uniquely different. Given the length of our stay we upgraded to a superior double room with a separate bath. In fact, our room consisted of two entry...

The hotel continues to make incremental improvements to the rooms. This is an old building with character. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom fixtures were modern. Breakfast is by self service buffet and good. Secure offsite parking is available, and a good selection of restaurants in town for dinner.

We stayed at Hotel de L'Atelier with a tour that we were on through The Rhone. The staff were excellent, and did an admirable job of accommodating our group, which was almost as big as the entire hotel. The building and the rooms were old, but very nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast served in the morning...

We so enjoyed staying here on our trip around France. In fact it was our favourite amongst lots of different types and prices of hotels. A cosy building exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It's situation is good as close to restaurants and bars and not as busy as Avignion

We enjoyed our three day stay at this lovely hotel. The staff was very helpful. There is a private car park you can reserve two minutes walk away, and it is an easy drive into Avignon across the bridges; I also recommend the secure car park underneath the Pope's palace when you visit Avignon. When we asked about corn flakes,...

What is there not to like in this rustic quirky old building, run by a young efficient team. This was my second visit this year and my fourth in total. As per my heading, I WILL RETURN. To sit out in the garden area under a vine having b'fast was a joy, as was same venue with a bottle of...

Actually the very best hotel is probably Kepinski Istanbul or possibly a high end Relais Chateaux however L'Atelier ticked all the boxes for a cute, historic place with ambiance and super staff. It is well situated on the other side of the river from Avignon ...so no crowds, and tourist hoarded. It is 50 metres walk from the Priorie hotel...
