We booked the room after a friend's strong recommendation, and it was absolutely wonderful. The place is hidden in a peaceful corner just outside Céret in the French Pyrennees, next to the river Tech. The owners are very nice and helpful. It has no restaurant but a winebar and possibilities to eat tapas. Breakfast is elaborate with good coffee! In...

We had a wonderful 9 days at this hotel. It was idyllic, charming and unique. The owners were highly personable, helpful and friendly as were the staff that we met. We really enjoyed our stay here and will go back.

Our stay was pre booked through a travel agency, our first and one of the best as we traveled through the French and Spanish Pyrenees. Large room with beautiful view, friendly young staff looking after us. Breakfast on the outside patio close to the pool. The hotel is not far from town and some restaurant are in walking distance. There...

I really can not fault this small hotel in any way. The Owners and Staff are so friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is 'my idea of heaven', restful, calm, beautiful and comfortably cosy. The heated swimming pool is open by 8am. (when I prefer to swim) and is kept in great condition. The beautiful gardens meander down to the...

A delightful conversion of older buildings to provide a place to get away without being isolated – we were made very welcome by the staff although we did not use many of tehe services provided; it was very pleasant to walk along the river with th dog.”

Excellent customer service. There were 5 of us sharing one large suite which had been updated to reflect more modern taste. Beware the pull out sofa - not comfortable and sinks in the middle. The cot we rented was very comfortable though! Breakfast on the terrasse was lovely though minimal (no meat, only breads, yogurt, jams).

This place small hotel is really special we spent a few days here. We did have one of more expensive rooms, was last left and it was spacious with private terrace. It's just very chilled and peaceful and has exceptional service. It doesn't have a full restaurant, but does provide tapas and drinks. And there are local restaurants for dinner....

This hotel is quiet, tranquil and friendly. An oasis in an area of France lacking good accommodation. The staff are accommodating, the pool is gorgeous, nothing is too much trouble. It is expensive but with tip top service. The breakfast is over-priced - or rather for this price might consider having a bit more variety.

It's now about a year since we stayed at le Mas Trilles, but I had to add a review for this remarkable family run hotel. The hotel is a renovated farm house with many separate buildings one of which was for us. Ours had a small terrace and a living room and our views were of the nearby mountain Mt....
