We have been doing campsite holidays in Europe for over 15 years and this is one of the best campsites we have stayed on. Smaller then many we have used and that is part of its charm. Clean and well maintained throughout and a very...More
Spent two weeks in Le Brasilia again this summer and had a wonderful time. The kids (8, 11, 14, 17) had a ball and I got to watch plenty of the World Cup on the best outdoor large screen I've ever seen. Staff very friendly,...More
This was our 3rd visit to the holiday park. We stayed for 2 weeks. My husband and I stayed in our caravan and we hired a cottage for our daughter and grandchildren. As always it was lovely and clean and had everything we needed.
It is more expensive than other sites in the region, in this case you definately get what you pay for. La Brasilia earns their 5 Stars. This was our 3rd visit to the campsite using their accommodation which were small chalets/mobile homes. We came back...More
We've just come back from a 10 day break at this park staying with Al Fresco. We stayed in a new Verdi mobile which was lovely and new but lacks living space. The park itself is very clean and well maintained but quite small.

I always drive it in one go. I set off from Leeds around 4 pm, get ferry from dover at around 11.30pm. I then crack on and make sure I get past Paris before I stop and grab an hour. Then plough on, use the rest stops for a stretch and a bite to eat. I usually get at the sites around 4pm, which is just the right time to get your mobile. I drive for a living so I know this trip may sound really hard for some and fill you with dread, but its really not too bad. The views are stunning, the road networks great, if you like driving its really pretty easy. I don't think I would do it with a two year old, it would be an awful trip if, if they get there head on. My kids were 14, 11, and 9 when they first did this run, and they just slept through the night, at two I think id fly.
