Fabulous lunch with Family food excellent menu set but very good, setting superb outside, with plenty of room. Waiting staff very attentive and good, such a wonderful place to spend a Sunday lunchtime. The views across to the sea wonderful. The wine from the vineyard delicious.

Beautifully scenic location surrounded by vines with Midi in the distance. Modern restaurant beside stunning centuries old Chateau.Location par excellence. There were 7 of us in group two of whom are Coeliac!!. Service commendable from really informed and trained staff. We had been to Valmy previously and rated it highly but this time they excelled themselves. Michelin star quality food...

Beautiful place and wonderful reception by the owner. Will be going again for sure. Setting and views are to die for plus the wine from the vineyard was excellent. The kids loved the pool and hot tub plus the play park and walking in the grounds was superb

Recent family vacation to the south of France led us to this little gem a short 15-20 minute drive from Canet-en-Roussillion. The main purpose was to purchase some wine but due to driving for the rest of the day refrained from tasting as I always swallow and would get pulled over by the gendarmerie. The chateau has rooms available with...

Whether you want to buy wine, have a snack, or a beautifully prepared lunch or dinner, you will not be disappointed. The view is spectacular, and the service good too. The staff are speaking increasingly good English, which definitely helps with the purchase of wine. Even better, if you choose to eat here you will pay the same prices for...

Enjoyed dinner here. Reasonably priced set menu with great presentation and lovely flavours in a stunning location. Wines produced by the Chateau Staff were discreet and attentive. Four courses including cheese. Great use of local produce

Beautiful fairytale chateau situated between Argeles-sur-mer and Collioure. We didn't stay, but visited the property and the winery. Very interesting for a wine buff, and we enjoyed the tasting. Bought 2 cases of their excellent red which travelled well in the car, and tasted just as nice when we returned to the cold weather at home in Scotland.

The Chateau Valmy is a wonderful experience with a very faciinating family history of wine growers that have lived here. We were welcomed by Martine who showed passion for this Chateau, she gave us a guided tour that was very much appreciated and enjoyed by us. There is a magnificent exterior large pool. The surroundings are beautiful and serene, with...

Clearly the reviews here are a mix of the three services offered on this site by the same owner. My wife and I stayed two nights in the superb B&B, or perhaps one should call it a boutique hotel (it only has five rooms), so that's what this review is about. The building is fairly grand and our room was...

We spend here one week, fully satisfied with everything, from staff and room to wine (premier de valmy) and ambience. There is a unique atmosphere: bourgeois castle in the middle of vineyards with sea / mountain view in a quiet place near crowded small ports and beaches... Rooms are marvellous (I've seen them all five, each of them other color...
