I've booked the hotel for 5 nights. The phone in the room was broken and since the first morning I've arrived I've asked for it to be fixed and it was never resolved. I also asked for the key to the safe since day 1, they told me they can't find it and will find someone to help me, again - no follow up. And suddenly tonight when I'm all ready to go to sleep the security guard knocks on our door and said the alarm went off and asked if I've been smoking. I was very offended since I didn't hear any alarm go off in my room and wasn't sure why the guard had such a rude attitude. Terrible service and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Dear Mochi, I am sorry to read your comment. It is really weird to hear that your safe box key was not available as we do provide the keys whenever it is asked at the reception; I checked with the staff and everyone is aware of the process. Regarding the smoking incident; smoking is not allowed in the hotel (rooms included) and all our rooms are equiped with the ultimate smoke detectors. Our teams found cigarets in your room which is absolutely forbidden and offenders are subject to a 200 € fine. I am really sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience and didn't respect our rules.

Chosen by the tour organizers and when I learned of the location I had no high expectations. That changed right away after entering. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The rooms were fabulous and the buffet breakfast was amazing. It is not located where I normally stay when in Paris but it is close to the RER that will have you at Arc de Triomphe in 10 minutes! Great stay.

Stayed for 2 nights on business nearby. The rate was reasonable, and it is very close to the RER station. Breakfast was good, bread & pastries, cheeses, ham, eggs & fruit. The restaurant was busy in the evening. It’s not a big menu but the food was really lovely and the staff friendly. Reception staff speak English and German. Room comfy and clean. My room wasn’t facing the main road & I didn’t have any traffic noise. Good WiFi. Thanks

We had a great time, clean room too. Wow the shower was amazing I couldn't stop. Very quiet room too, hopefully I will be back shortly. The train station location just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel.

Hello Bomemo, Good to read that you enjoyed our new shower at Originals Hotel Nanterre. We have just finished the renovation of the 85 bathrooms and they all look very nice. We are now focusing on the cleaning (cement dust is a nightmare, but we are getting rid of it) and on the details. Then we also have started to renovate the meeting rooms and wil continue with the painting of the rooms and corridors. See you soon

Good value hotel, bit of a dodgy neighbourhood ... Station nearby, but no direct line to city center. Very expensive breakfast, with coffee out of a machine ... For that price I expect some fresh made coffee.

We checked into this hotel on Saturday afternoon, the underground is only minutes away by foot. Friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. The only thing was no one knew where it was! Clean hotel and lovely breakfast each morning however nothing else available ie bar or restaurant which wasn't an issue for us as we were in main paris for the whole day. Very reasonable for what we paid and definitely worth it. Central Paris all very accessible by the underground. Enjoyable long weekend break.

Dear Disha, Thank you for your mail. I have been informed of the incident and I am deeply sorry. Unfortunately our maintenance could not fix the issue and the hotel was fully booked, so there was no possibility to transfer you in another room, what we would have been happy to do. I checked the Wifi and there is nothing wrong. We are connected to Fiber and we offer High Speed Internet, so really I don't understand the issue, it might come from your device or anti-virus?! Porter service is charged 5$ per luggage, and is available 24 hours a day. The hotel has 2 lifts with a capacity of 8 people each. Kind regards, Stephane

Pretty poor hotel. Too Much faults here to consider this as a good hotel. Rooms must be renovated, beds not so confortable. A Fridge was available in the room but was empty. Wi-fi only for charge and doesnt work very well at least on 6th floor! Breakfast not included.

Dear Domy, We are catching up with your comments that point at some important issues we wish to adress as soon as possible. We can best help improve the situation you experience, with your participation for which we thank you much in advance. We'll also asked the reception team that was on duty this past 3 days to clearly identify your room on 6th floor - especially to doublecheck your impression aboutr the bed comfort - and if communication between you was efficient enough. For the wifi charges can occur according to your booking conditions. For the few case where charges can apply, working with codes available at reception desk. Test will be carried out with our supplier for Wifi coverage on 6th floor and we thank you to report any further important details you could remind yourself. Very few rooms are still equipped with MiniBar that are at guests disposal, whether for medical reason and medicine storage, or other use that results most oftenly in replacing our cans that stayed then outside on shelves. For that reason and hygiene concern we do not refill minibars, except upon guests' demands. Feel free to address any questions of this type to our reception desk during your stay. The room you’d stayed, if on 6th floor has a brand new bathroom renovated last month and we are now looking for improving the windows isolation in the near future. We are open for ideas and thank you in advance for your proposals. We remain open for any question and hope to welcome you again for nicer stay, including breakfast. Best regards,

Good 2 days seeing the Rolling Stones, comfortable beds, friendly staff, close to station and trains every 20 minutes into Paris,only negative is the bar shuts early, would use again for a Paris trip.

A bit out of the bustle and labirinthyne structure of La Defense this hotel is actually on the tunnel of the A86. If coming from Paris and your Satnav gives up in the tunnel, as soon as you come out of the tunnel, take the exit. Good three star hotel with medium flat size TV, minibar, comfortable bed, good bathroomm no coffee making amenities. Good well lit rooms with working desk and chairs.
