I stayed at thé Residhome Courbevoie la Défense in July 2022 and had a great stay. The staff was excellent- all very kind and accommodating. The area is very close to Paris by train and Uber (Arc de Triomphe is one stop away on the train). La Défense and the Westfield shopping center is a short walk away and is great for shopping. I did have issues with the key cards on the elevator but other than that, everything was great. Loved my stay.

It's the last night we are here. We booked here with breakfast. Location is good and near to shopping center and subway station.but daily cleaning is really disappointing... they didn't clean room everyday and once I had complained one of the impolite staffs with the woman who was cleaner had came to our room and finally nothing happened and the day after they didn't clean the room totally. Shampoo and soap and tissues never changed these 5 days. Staffs are impolite and I don't recommend this hotel never come back .

Not reliable hotel. They canceled the booked one night before our arrival mentioning the credit card is rejected which is not true and we made sure from the bank that no transactions were declined. Very disappointed.

I stayed a week, and I'm ready to go back anytime. Clean and beautiful room. great service. I came for a break, and I did have a good rest. I appreciated the kindness of the staff, and I want to mention Mr. Lasaad for his exceptional professionalism. The location is very convenient with grocery stores and restaurants all around.

Great location near Paris and far from the Paris hassle. Fairly nice venue, clean overall. Breakfast buffet absolutely overpriced. rooms furniture very cheap, easily breakable. Staff very variable from the very nice one (Clement) to the horrendous one (Sara, she is very very mean). I forgot the name of the other guy at the reception, he is the worst. Promised daily Room cleaning not met (they just changed the towels).

While it isn't the finest option in Courbevoie or La Defense, it's a more than adequate hotel with nice rooms, excellent staff, and a great location. The room was clean and well organized and the kitchenette was wonderful. The balcony made for a pleasant morning coffee experience. To be honest, I'm not sure why you'd stay in Courbevoie unless your company or school was nearby, but it's a great option. Way cheaper and quieter than the Pullman or the Hilton.

The only goood thing about this hotel is it's place and nothing else! We have a twin room with the two beds completely connected as if its a double one. The room size is terribly small, the are no room service and the cleanliness is seriously an issue! The staff are not friendly at all! Wish I could rate it less! Never coming back!

Two good things about this place : good location in a quiet area and good internet service. There are however a number of aspects that need a lot of improving: 1. You get a very good impression wehen you’re still at reception and in the lobby,but once you access your studio, you’re as impressed. The bathroom is quite old-fashioned; Conclusion: far from the standards of a 4 star compared to similar venues in other places and countries. 2. The kitchen is worse; old with a leaking fridge ; no toaster and no oven ; no dining space 3. The bed is not comfortable; the layout of the room is not convenient; an oddly positioned sofa and no desk for anyone in Paris on business; 4. The worst thing is presumably the cleaning service; for a stay of 10 days you have this service twice only, and you have to live with your towels and trash ; no vacuum cleaner is available ; no iron; 5. No member of staff to show around the studio; a bit of an arrogant attitude of reception staff. Conclusion : far from the standards of 4 star compared to similar in other places and countries…

Stayed here 2 nights on business. I wouldn't mind returning with my other half! Lovely room, clean with a kitchenette and fab ballcony. Staff are really helpful and its in a lovely area for walking. Very impressed. Nice little bar for chilling in..definatlt would return
