One of the most charming hotels in France. Every aspect of the experience was absolutely top shelf. The restaurant is magnificent and the rooms and and public space were chic and well done in every respect.

We stayed 2 nights in a Juniorsuite which was very spacious. The bathroom had floor heating which was great in cold November weather. The room it self was not too warm and not able to change that. Maybe because of the high ceilings. The room is facing the square in front of the Hotel and can be a bit noisy...

I stayed at this hotel to visit the restaurant. Hotel staff was very kind and nice. Room was spacious. It would be great if having the view... Maybe other rooms have views, but my room was not. Breakfast was lovely.

We went for the "sejour gastronomique pour 2 personnes" at 759,00 Euro, all inclusive room, dinner, wine, breakfast and parking for two cars. What was described as a four course dinner was more like 9 courses and 9 different wines. We started with champagne and several "amuse-bouche" on the outside terrasse, followed by a small starter of soft boiled quails...

Wow, no wonder people rave about the food here. Dinner was sensational. The hotel is fine, comfortable , not luxurious but you go for the food. Situated in great wine country, Mersault and Montrachet to name but two , this smallish hotel is the longest owner of three Michelin stars. The village of Chagny is not special either but was...

I am so lucky that this is not my 1st visit. This lovely hotel is not cheap but you get what you pay for. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and well maintained. The food is amazing. I can't begin to extol the virtues of all the flavours and textures that Eric Pras and his team provide. The staff ( reception,waiting...

Exceptional service. When I couldn't find the hotel parking lot, I ended up at the public parking down the street. One of the hotel staff walked down to the public lot to find me. They took really good care of me. And the rooms are very adorable, full of all the things a girl likes, great products and vanity mirror....

Spectacular meal and most comfortable room. Nice to see sheets after so many nice hotels switching to comforters. Great bed and air conditioning resulted in nine hours of interrupted restorative sleep. Great fun visiting wineries in nearby Puligny and Beaune. Highlight of the stay however was the spectacular friendly service from everyone, including senior staff that actually arranged a car...
