Only a stop over, but a lovely lady at reception, good parking, lots of child friendly tree things and a spa with indoor pool also an outdoor pool. Didn't sample food as went to Lacanau-ocean. Room was lovely and clean, with extra pillows and a lovely balcony to sit and have a drink and cigarette if smoker.

We had a very enjoyable meal with our six children. The receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful. A little confusion over the buffet starters and desserts for the children. Good food. Unhurried atmosphere.

We have previously stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed our visit but this year we only decided to dine in the restaurant. What can I say? The set menu for e24 was faultless, the staff wonderfully attentive and the service excellent. We enjoyed it so much we returned yesterday evening too. Wonderful place, definitely recommend eating here. Thank you Vitalparc Hotel... More

Stopped one night so we could do some surfing at lacanau. Rooms are fine - simple and basic, but clean. However our room had a gap at the back of the cupboard which caused us a problem when things fell down the back of the cupboard. The pool is nice, but small. Didn't sample the restaurant or other facilities as... More

We loved the location of this hotel amongst the pine trees. Although we went as a couple this time (with our dog, who was made welcome), we felt this would be a good place to bring a family. There is an equestrian centre next door, nice outside pool, spa and lovely trails for walking, cycling and running. The staff are... More

Stayed here on a golfing weekend with friends, room was really spacious, breakfast quite average. The bar area was dead, no beer in the pump, pretty desperate really 😧. Staff were friendly and location close to the beach and close to golf courses

In Lacanau-Ocean, the hotel is situated in a parc with horses and ponnies. The hotel offers a wide variety of activities for children: horseback riding, pool, climbing and games inside. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. It takes 20 mn walk to get into the town, bikes are the most convenient transportation in that village.

We stayed here as we couldn't find anything else available in Lacanau. The rooms were spacious and the beds really comfortable. The had small balconies which were great for drying towels. Overall the decoration was a bit dated. Very 1980's and it was pretty expensive but I guess that's the area. Breakfast was just ok. The staff were all really... More

It is a lovely place in the pine forrest with lots of cycle paths and not too far from the atlantic ocean (40 min walk). You can rent a bike from the hotel (6 euros/ day). The air is filled with the ocean breeze and it feels that you are far away from civilization. The hotel is run down, the... More
