My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend whilst visiting the Dordogne on a wedding planning trip. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the family went above and beyond. We were greeted upon arrival with umbrellas as the weather was a little wet! We were offered a beautiful room (an upgrade on our booking) and we enjoyed...

From the moment you arrive (Oliver comes out to meet you and welcomes you by name and takes your cases). We stayed in a gorgeous room on the first floor overlooking the pool. Complete quiet. Very good bathroom with top quality towels and toweling robes. Extremely comfortable bed. The father is a top notch cook and exceptionally aimiable. Really good...

Our party of four (2 couples) spent three nights at the Moulin de Vigonac and had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and treated like old friends. Oliver, his family and staff were so very kind and helpful - beyond expectation. In fact, we truly feel we've made life long...

This small hotel in the outskirts of Brantome was a fabulous stopover on our way home. Warm and welcoming, spotless and comfortable and an evening meal by a blazing fire that was comparable to a michelin starred gourmet delight. This family run hotel has it all and I can only imagine how beautiful the location is on a summers evening.

The hotel is amazing - our suite was large and beautiful, the service was fantastic and very personal but the icing on the cake was the food which was sublime - so much so that we ate there every day.

Set in an idyllic location in meadows a couple of km from Brantome with a mill stream running by the restaurant we had a comfortable and spacious room. our only regret is that we did not go to the restaurant for dinner both nights we were there -...

Everyone was very friendly, the setting is amazing, the food wonderful. This is the perfect place to stop and unwind. Our room was super and had a lovely balcony over looking the river where...

An absolute find, this boutique hotel was perfect for what I and my friend looked for. Rooms very well appointed with everything you need and a HUGE bathroom. The restaurant looks over a beautiful flowing river. What really set this place apart was the owner, she could not be more helpful and gave us a late check out as we...

We stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this place. The hotel is to be found in a quiet location on the edge of the town but the centre is very easy to access by car or on foot. Our welcome was friendly and very genuine and the room suited us very well. Dining, including breakfast,...
