Somewhat walkable
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Although the style is not among the most contemporary and perhaps deserves new furniture, we found welcoming staff, very generous sizes in the room, impeccable cleanliness, very comfortable beds, silence and very blackout curtains for a better rest. We stopped almost by chance because it was halfway through our trip and above all because they accept pets (we have a cat who really liked the very large room) but we were very satisfied with the excellent quality/price ratio. Well done! If I have to find a flaw, in the information on the structure that can be downloaded thanks to the QR code, the bar opening hours are missing and so, in doubt of putting the receptionist in difficulty, at 10pm I didn't want to call to ask. But we would have gladly drank two beers 😊

When there are “groups” staying at the hotel it’s a disaster, the noise is unbearable. Also for breakfast, if you are a late riser, the entire buffet has been robbed by these groups who are there from 6:30 a.m. As for dinner, the menu has not been changed for at least 2 weeks. We stayed for 1 night each time on 16/05, and then on 3/06 when we returned to Belgium, the menu was the same. On the way out we had a hamburger and fries. The meat was cold and the fries very oiled and black 🤢, we didn't eat anything. On the way back we ordered chicken fillet with Riesling, it was moderately good. I will give a good vote for the bedding, however hair dryer is out of order both times (different rooms), the windows have not been cleaned for a long time and the carpets in the hallway are strewn with stains. I forgot to mention that the name of the hotel changed, on the way there it was Golden Tulipe, on the way back it was Kiriades prestige. In my opinion, this hotel is more intended for groups of tourists arriving by bus. On the way there was one group but on the way back it was 3 groups!!

I stayed here for two nights while touring the Christmas markets in Switzerland and Alsace. The hotel is located on the road, so it is difficult to find the way from the highway, and even the local bus driver got lost. There are only roadside material stores around, and there is nothing outside. If it wasn't for a tour like this, I would never stay at this hotel. On the first floor, there is a front desk, a bar snack restaurant that is open at night, and a breakfast restaurant in the back. The breakfast menu was extensive and everything was delicious. The coffee was also good, as it was a machine that could make cappuccino and cafe latte, as is typical in Europe. There is only one elevator, but since it is a low-rise hotel, there was no particular inconvenience. The room was spacious and stress-free, but there was no refrigerator, and although the air conditioning can be adjusted, it is actually centrally air-conditioned, so I think it would be cold for Japanese people in the winter. The bathroom is spacious and there is a large bathtub, but the plug in the bathtub is loose, so I think the water won't fill up. I think the easiest thing to do is bring duct tape with you. There is plenty of hot water, so bathing was comfortable. It's convenient for travelling from Basel to the Swiss border and from Colmar in Alsace to Strasbourg.

The people at the hotel are very friendly but the hotel itself needs serious help. Stayed during a heat wave the the air conditioning was not working. During the night the water stopped working. All the hotel would do is provide some bottles of water, they would not reduce the rate despite no water and no air conditioning. Stay Away!

It started well but ended badly Kyriad Prestige Mulhouse Group of 38 on 25 Sep. Check in: fine/ food :fine / restaurant Sevice: veryfine……..and we were told to be the most pleasant and kind group ever
Though Sabrina, the morning receptionist / restaurant attendant ruined it all for us: rude / rough to my gentle and polite Asian group ( Filipino) refusing to speak or understand English. Once at reception she refused to assist me asking to make some photocopies as I am used to when travelling with my group , being not only a group leader but the organizer and director of the company who made the booking . A 4 stars hotel employing an ignorant, unprofessional, rude, nasty person…..refusung categorically to Speak or understand English ??? Her attitude made me feel abused and belittled and infuriated at the same time I left very sad ad disappointed
I actually wrote an email to both the commercial / booking department and the reception…… no answer ….. English speaking passenger, BE AWARE!!!

Our stay was a complete uncomfortable disappointment. The nice pool and surprisingly comfortable bed earned the stay 2 stars. As Tesla drivers were were happy to see the chargers in the parking lot- the main reason we chose this hotel. However, signage immediate told visitors that 5e toilettes were for hotel guests only. Other signed warned us to “do not touch”. The signs weee everywhere. The hotel is located in an industrial wasteland with promised mountain views in the far distance. Staff were unfriendly and I felt like we were constantly being watched when in the common areas. Breakfast was lackluster at best and problems with the credit card machine resulted in our very valid cards being responses. The room needed more than two electrical outlets. The big problem was the bathroom. The toilet was attached to the wall at a slant meaning you sat on the toilet at a tilt and the flushing mechanism was missing. Staff were surprised when we reported the problem. Overall a disappointing stay and we will definitely not be back.

Terrible hotel!!! Cracked ceiling, carpet full of holes, lamps full of hair, inedible food (we even found insects in there) and the room has a nauseating smell Really not recommended, it absolutely does not deserve 4 stars

The hotel is quite old, the renovations that needed to be done have not been done. It was as if it had been left to its own devices. Most of the lights in the room were not working, even taking things out of the suitcase required a lot of effort due to the lack of light. Heating was extremely inadequate. I gave 2 stars to the breakfast, which was inadequate but partially edible.

Excellent coffee. Hamza was very nice and welcoming!! We stopped briefly to charge our car and we’re pleasantly surprised. The area feels very peaceful and there is a nice swimming pool - if we were staying longer we would surely use it. Thanks!

WARNING!!!!This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Can barely pass the level of 2 stars. How this can call itself a 4-star hotel is completely incomprehensible. Outdated, dirty. It's like time has stood still for 30 years. Choose another hotel instead.
