A moderately clean room.
Dust, a leaky shower head and a not very fresh smell on arrival in the room.
The insulation is not great, as the person in charge of cleaning the rooms is on the phone in the hallways, aloud, being forced to politely ask him to speak softer.
A classic breakfast.
It's OK for one night, passing through, nothing more.

The staff is helpful and the hygiene regulation is well described. Sufficient parking spaces and easy to reach with car. However, we have booked a twin bed room but were given a double bed room, which is not a big issue still!

This is a typical Ibis hotel: clean and simple.
A good stay for one night, in a room which is not too big.
Restaurant is good but simple; it will do after a long drive. Breakfast is again typically Ibis.
Not very good, certainly not bad.

Good:
- the location on the motorway - convenient for passing through without any demands on the surroundings
- parking space directly in front of the building
The price is appropriate:
- the mini rooms lack charm and comfort
Room for improvement:
- cleanliness of the rooms
- At breakfast, all guests have to eat from deep plates - if any at all/and cutlery is available. If bread or other things are used up, they are not refilled. Used cleaning rags were lying on the floor in front of the buffet. The tables were not cleaned.
THAT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE:
One day after our stay, we noticed that we had forgotten a case with a smartphone and an external hard drive in the hotel. After it was initially not found there, a smartphone tracking showed that it was still in the Ibis Mulhouse Île Napoléon. When we called them again, we said straight away that we knew exactly what it was and the find was confirmed.
We asked for the case to be sent to us after we had paid in advance, but this was refused. We then suggested booking and paying for a courier to pick up the bag. This was also rejected. In the end, I drove from Marseille to Mulhouse again, picked up my belongings and drove back again. That took me two days and, with another overnight stay in another hotel, cost me almost 500 euros.
I am irritated and shocked that the Ibis Mulhouse Île Napoléon did not inform us about the important find. When we confronted the hotel with this, they claimed that they had not been able to reach us. But that is bullsh*t. There is evidence that we did not receive any message by email or phone. If you forget a sock or an umbrella, that's fine. But a smartphone and an external hard drive are very important, very private and difficult to replace items. I can't excuse simply keeping them and making it as difficult as possible for the owner to get them back.

A room for two people had been reserved. Unfortunately we had to cancel the reservation. I canceled it over the phone to explain the situation, an employee assured me word for word that I was going to be reimbursed the €86.94.
It is 02/05 and I still have not had any reimbursement, after several calls, visits to the hotel to follow up, last week, no empathy and therefore not at all understanding, they told me that they were not going to be able to reimburse me given that I had made the reservation through Booking. Why did the employee certify me that if then by telephone... Very very disappointed, I advise against it...

Still same problem. Very Hot and stuffy . No air conditioning but would not need it as it was a gentle spring day. But also the ventilation did not work. Which caused the hotel to be hot hot hot. Uncomfortable night even with the window wide open

that's incredible, too expensive with the worst room I've senn in an ibis Hotel in my life. The price is so high if you see the hotel.
It's good the location, close the motorway and between Mercure and Novotel hotels.

We were there as part of a bus tour from Scotland on 30Sept'14 for a stopover enroute south. We arrived after a French group & had to wait a while(too long for some of us after a long journey)Finally we got into the dining room & let me tell you that this was the WORST meal we have EVER been served and cooked. Our son after his 1st.cookery lesson at high school could have done better!Dry plain rice, wee bit of salmon on plate for one course, very plain slab of tart(what fruit was it?who knows?)
And if the food was poor, the service was absolutely dire. Never have we come across such surly unpleasant staff. It was a relief to go to our rooms & bed!
On our experience we certainly could not recommend this hotel - no way!
I hope our tour company take note & choose another hotel & go elsewhere in future.

Easily found quiet location, clean room, comfortable bed, reasonable breakfast. Menu options provided for an evening meal are not really up to the job - went along the road to the adjacent Novotel to eat.

You should direct your question to the Ibis hotel. For some reason TripAdvisor sent it to me. I stayed there a month ago in June of 2015.
