Stayed here for a week in early August 2023 as a base to explore the area as Mulhouse is situated close to the borders with Germany and Switzerland so within about 30 minutes you have a choice of three countries.
The hotel is an apartment hotel about 2 kilometres from the centre of Mulhouse and is on one of the main roads into the city.
My room 412 was what I was expecting for one of these apartment type properties with a studio room with small kitchenette, desk, bed, dining area and had the same furniture that I have had in other similar properties so I guess a lot of these types of apartments all shop at the same place.
I am not sure if I booked a disabled room or not but I was allocated one which is fine and I have stayed in them before and the usual difference is the bathroom with a barrier free shower and some rails which this one had.
The problem I had with the disabled room was the permanently illuminated emergency exit sign right above the bed and while I understand the need for these in hallways and public areas I have never had one in the actual hotel room or apartment and meant that you couldn’t get the room as dark as I wanted when it was time to sleep.
Apart from that the room was fine and everything worked, the air-conditioning, wifi and TV and was clean.
The property had a secured underground carpark which was reasonably priced and always had spaces available during my stay. One odd thing about the carpark was gaining entry to it as it requires you to pull up very close to the automatic entry door to swipe your card or enter the code and when the door starts to open every car entering including myself the first times pulls back a little as it looks like the door is moving outwards but it isn’t.
Overall a reasonable choice if you are staying in Mulhouse.

Comfortable studio, well heated, with good bedding and bathtub. Spacious and clean, but too bad the cleaning is not done every day. Very practical kitchen area, with everything you need to cook. Nice welcome, with a mulled wine or hot chocolate offered on arrival.

We booked for 5 days at this place to visit the area. The room was large, very nice , with a kitchen well equiped, but with some dirty spots on the carpet. The parking is easy to acces, large and secure, for 12 E$. Breakfast was very good, and the WIFI steady. But we had a greath issue with the air conditioning that was not working at the end of may, and we slept with temperature at around 26-28c, we where sweaty. Also, we where awake in the middle of the night 2 am to 4 am, by people partying in the park near by, with their children, and it lasted a couple hours.....until police came.

Unfortunately, we had to stay at this hotel...!!! 1) Room temperature set to 19 degrees....!!! But how did they know that the air conditioning didn’t work, 19°? While the night's off. Many guests slept with moustaches. We stayed in the room, me, my wife, my son, but 1 hand towel and bath towel...!!! SAFETY...!!! 2) Breakfast is 45 minutes and breakfast is a croissant per person, a bowl, 2 cash cheeses in paper-thick box size and SPOOKE eggs...!!! They didn’t even offer tea the last day, and the staff brought it when the rebellion. Guests skipped the front desk for the room and breakfast. The hotel thought it was right and emailed the tour. Shame...!!! (can post videos if the hotel has different reviews)

It starts badly on arrival... The person at the reception does not master French, I am asked to pay for my entire stay on my arrival, I comply. We had to negotiate 5 minutes and bring the manager to get 1 proof of payment. I asked the reservation for a quiet room. They give me a room on a pretty noisy street. When I go to the reception to complain about it, I am told that I am not in a five-star... Not without jokes??? Especially since the hotel is poorly soundproofed, in addition to the street noises, you can hear what is happening in the neighboring rooms.... Cleaning is approximate: objects under the bed, cobwebs... I asked for 1 double bed, I have 2 twin beds close...

We stayed for 3 nights through the tour company. When we entered the room and the bathroom, we were surprised. There were very bad bathroom curtains and a disabled seat in the middle of the shower. Since the shower and the floor were at the same level, the curtains did not block the water, the bathroom was flooded. So, they gave us a disabled room. It was designed for disabled individuals. The next day, we reported this and asked for the room to be changed, but the lady at the reception reacted and said that we did not have another room and did not change the room. The location of the hotel was good, but the breakfast was quite limited, the employees were nervous and not polite.

We had booked this aparthotel for 3 nights to visit the Christmas markets in the region. Too good value for money. We had booked an apartment for 2. Pleasantly surprised to receive an apartment for 4 people with a separate bedroom. We had a very good stay. Clean and very functional apartment. The only downside is that the duvets are a little light for winter. We recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel for a three-day stay for a school trip. For starters, the rooms were filthy when we first checked in and we did not have enough towels for three people. As for the breakfast, the serving time was supposed to be at 8:15 am but the dining hall wasn't ready until 8:45 am,we had very few choices, many plates were dirty and we found hair inside the bread basket! At least, the staff was friendly and helped us with a problem we encountered (the key card that the receptionist gave us would not work).

In the beginning looks like a great deal. Later I found out all the reasons why the price is so low. Breakfast is very limited and below average in terms of quality and quantity. Room cleaning is available ONLY from Monday to Friday, and as we never get noticed about it we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper at 23:00 after a long day at work. There is nothing available to eat late at night except silly things in a vending machine. Not even large bottled water is available to buy. 3 person room was actually one double bed room with an extra folding couch bed (very noisy ). Receptionist told us We have to wash the plates and glasses before we go as it was part of the regulations!!! (FYI there was no soap or anything to wash them with). The hotel is located in a rather dodgy area. without easy access to Citi center.
on the other hand it's looks clean, its qui and staff is polite. Communicating in English was average.

Hi REFTT - sorry I cannot help you with this, cannot remember the bathroom/shower layouts. It is also possible that they might have some specially equipped rooms - I trust that the hotel will be able to give you a proper response directly.
Good luck and happy travelling!
