Everything was nice - clean rooms, good breakfast, great location. We had quiet room.
But it wasn't just enough space for two people in the room in case you have luggage, be ready for this - very small rooms. Wi-fi worked smoothly. Staff was friendly

The hotel is simple, without any charm. It is quite well located, in an area close to the center but a little sad, along an axis that is not very pleasant in the evening. My room was OK: a comfortable bed, a tablet and a chair, sockets, a very small bathroom, everything was averagely clean (some dirt on the floor, hair in the shower). The room, however, was extremely quiet, which is appreciated. A small breakfast room, insufficient in size considering the number of rooms. Sometimes you have to wait quite a long time. Little choice, breakfast is really basic.

Arriving late at night without reservation, we slept well, hotel not too noisy.
Friendly welcome, rather comfortable bed.
Not bad for a night just passing through.
The only downside is the bathroom and it's really not very big but...

Comfortable bed, perfect heating and good location, albeit slightly off-centre from the center of Mulhouse (but it only takes 10 minutes on foot and in front of the entrance there is a tram stop that takes you directly to the train station). For the rest there are several negative elements: a very small, dark and sad room with absolutely insufficient lights, only one small window and no wardrobes/drawers. Cleanliness not impeccable, no tidying up during our stay and TV without Italian channels. Microscopic and uncomfortable bathroom without bidet and without hairdryer; shower with unhygienic curtain and only two towels available. Furthermore they also forgot to refill the hand soap and after 8pm we never found anyone at reception to report it (we were always out during the day). Value for money so-so. If you don't have great expectations you can also adapt for short stays but perhaps it is better to go elsewhere: in the review there are too many "absences" and few "presences"!!

Hotel located sufficiently close to the shopping center and the historic center. The car must be parked in an unattended public car park which is paid for using a parking meter (except at night until 09.00 in the morning).
The room was very small, so much so that it wasn't easy for two to move around.
Breakfast is not included in the room price.

The room is very small. Very few spots of light.
Cleanliness could be improved, corners of the room that have not been cleaned for months like the ceiling of the entrance to the room.
Very thin and uncomfortable mattresses.
The smell of the hallway and the room is not good, it smells closed.
Breakfast could also be better. Lots of bread and not a toaster.
The elevator looks like it's gonna stop any minute.

OMG this was the most disgusting hotel we have ever stayed at! It reminded me of a hostel in Thailand when I was young! Yuck!!!! My hubby booked the wrong hotel and as we arrived at 11pm was too late to move. Tiny prison cell like room with dirty bathroom that smelled of sewers. The curtains were hanging off the window. The bed sheets didn’t fit and kept coming away revealing a dirty mattress. There was no plug in the sink. Just a dirty black hole and there was a strong smell of marijuana. Only one skinny, lumpy pillow each and no more available. It was so bad it was almost traumatising!!

Lovely welcome from an efficient and helpful receptionist. Basic hotel, but spotlessly clean. Decent sized room; bathroom is small, but has everything you need. Secure underground parking opposite hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Very good overnight stop. Only minus was that our 4th floor room window was not on a retainer and could not be closed (didn't matter as we stayed in July and are adults)

We stayed one night on way to Italy, very nicely situated, clean, modern and very helpful and friendly staff.
Do recommend.
Town isn’t big but is very pleasant.
Car park in hotel was full but there’s a public car park nearby.

England (Back Off Brussels!)

This summer my wife and I together with our youngest (adult) son decided to drive from England to Italy for a summer holiday, with such a long drive ahead of us we needed to stop overnight somewhere near the Swiss border and we chose this B & B Hotel in Mulhouse centre. Booking 2 rooms via the Internet before we left proved to be a simple and efficient process and saved time when we checked in at reception. We did not really expect much knowing it was just a basic Bed and Breakfast, but we have to say this Hotel, although basic is fantastic, we can get by speaking some French, but the staff spoke good English which made life easier and they were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms although basic were spotlessly clean, and contained everything needed for an overnight stay, such as a comfortable bed, a nice shower, TV, and phone and free WiFi. In the morning, the ’All You Can Eat’ breakfast is fine, and provides a good range of choices and overlooking the street is a nice place to eat and watch the world go by. The Hotel is also located in a good position near the shops and centre of the town, I wouldn't recommend the Pizzeria opposite though as the staff wouldn't serve us because they were shutting although they had 30 minutes to go before closing time, however for good basic grub and a friendly place to eat, there's a little place up the road a bit (you won't miss it) from the Pizzeria run by some friendly guys that's absolutely fine and seems very popular! Overall we loved this BB Hotel as a great place to use as a base, and our only regret is that we didn't stay longer, as Mulhouse looks like an interesting place to explore! We will definitely use this chain of Hotels again.

bonjour, y a t'il une place de parking ?
Answer from LeonoreLC
Brussels, Belgium34 contributions37 helpful votes
