We loved our one night here and highly recommend it - if you'd like a very peaceful, calm and private escape. After a very active day, we totally relaxed here & had massages outdoors. We didn't spot another guest. Very tranquil! The only thing that I would have management scrap is the dance performance by local children and two older...

We really enjoy our stay at this lodge. We did the 5 days trekking, staying 2 nights at lisu lodge, 2 overnight in a 2 different outposts (Lahu Outpost, Akha Outpost) and one night at Khum Lanna lodge. The garden is very nice, the village around very interesting. The meals are awesome, really the best we have eaten in Thailand...

We stayed one night for our honeymoon and don't regret it. The service was awesome, the food was fine, and the views are breathtaking. However, they have a weird, unclear connection to the local village that nagged at us. Why was the exact same uniform framed in our room, worn by lodge staff, and worn by only a couple folks...

My husband had gone trekking from the lodge 2 years ago with his cousin. He was very keen to take me and our travelling companion to visit on our stipulation that there would be no trekking. We organised a day trip by booking a driver and i rang the lodge office in Chiang Mai & organised lunch which included a...

driven to the Lodge by the team from Lisu. About 1.5 hours from Chang Mai up into the hills. Arrived at the village which was miles away from the bustle of the city and through the gates of the Lodge. Welcomed by a lovely cool drink of Lemon tea by 'Charlie' who then showed us the huge lodge we were...

I travel the world and am used to be in all kind hotels. tis one special. it's not luxurious, not that confortable yet the surrounding, the atmospher, the friendliness of its hosts, the landscape you can admire from the terasse are just amazing. I felt I was in the midst of the jungle. We only spent one night (doing the...

We stayed here as a couple last year during our 3 week trip to Thailand. We can honestly stay that it was one of the best places we stayed. Stunning scenery, lovely rooms and communal area (we had the whole place to ourselves), amazing genuine Thai food cooked by lovely young lisu people. We went on the ox cart ride...

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely lodge. It was so calm and relaxing, we especially loved the garden. The staff was very friendly. The rooms are basic, but very clean. The meals were really good.

We did a 3-day adventure (2 days trek to/from Lahu Outpost and 1 night at Lisu) and we had an amazing experience. Our guide, Lee, came to visit us at our Chiang Mai hotel the night before our trek to prepare us for our hike which I found very helpful. Lee, it turns out, is an amazing individual. He is...

The hotel is located nearby a small village that has his own shamaan. Unfortunately we couldn' t meet him but visit of locals was over all interresting. The rooms are basic and have only one bed. So we rent two rooms and were happy the hotel was not full booked. In the morning we were waked up by the house...
