We had the place to ourselves so were thoroughly spoilt by the owners who were a delight. Our room was called the suite and overlooked the garden and the start of the loch. It's style was airy, contemporary and very tasteful, as was the rest of Lerags. Dinner in the dining room was fantastic and original. The big stone house...

I'm sorry we weren't able to stay longer, the house was beautiful, the rooms had everything we required, the home baked macaroons scrummy, the breakfast waffles devilish, the scenery spectacular and the hosts, Bella and Charlie like old friends within the space of five minutes. As for the doggies, well..... we tried to dognap them, but Charlie noticed quickly enough....

In my view, service is everything and Lerags did not disappoint. Bella & Charlie offer top notch service coupled with excellent accommodation and the best cooked breakfast I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. Set in a quiet location at the head of a sea loch, Lerags provides everything a holiday maker could desire. We will certainly be back

After a gap of three years we were welcomed back for our third stay like long lost friends. Lerags is so good because Charlie and Bella obviously want to make you feel welcome. Good rooms and outstanding food. As a vegetarian, I am delighted to get such nice meals without feeling in any way a burden.

We stayed for 2 nights during touring holiday. Charlie made us feel most welcome and at home straight-away. he provided us with useful local info and a good wine list. We didn't meet Bella for some time as she was busy in the kitchen. Room was spacious and well-maintained. The only negatives were the lack of shower (bath attachment only)...

This was our second visit in the last two years, and just as good as we’d remembered. Charlie & Bella were excellent hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. Belle’s cooking was once again super and both the breakfasts and evening meals most enjoyable. Lerags itself is an old house full of character and in a great quiet location....

We spent three fabulous nights at Lerags House, which we used as a base to explore the Oban area. Located a little south of the town and slightly off the beaten track in a lovely country setting, the Georgian house and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are stylishly decorated in an elegant, under-stated way and are very comfortable....

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent short stay in Lerags. Charlie and Bella have a beautiful home and a really clear idea about how to make their guests feel welcome and pampered. It's a lovely quiet location with a great walk down a private country lane to the shore. Our room was beautifully decorated in understated calm modern style with really...

We stayed for 2 nights and could hardly fault the place. For us, in any hotel or B&B the hosts are the key factor for ensuring an enjoyable stay. At Lerags House we were off to a flying start - Charlie and Bella are naturals: friendly, relaxed, helpful, great sense of humour, hard working. Our room (no.1) was delightful -...

Lerags House is perhaps 3 miles out of Oban and down a narrow track alongside a small tidal loch, but therein lies its charm. Charlie and Bella have created much more than a B&B...this has the feel of a small hotel in a lovely Georgian house in its own grounds and their personal attention to their guests' well-being is the...
