Entered the bathroom and it was freezing cold, not a good sign. Meals are from 18:30 and I had the gammon steak, which was over cooked but edible. Back to...

I spent two nights at the Old Mill Inn and what the mid-November weather lacked in warmth was more than mad up for by the reception, help and friendliness of the staff in the Old Mill Inn. The rooms are not big but more than adequate. I was in room three - a twin with sink, tv and shared bathroom....

I wouldn't let my dog stay here, I work away all the time and stay in some undesirable places but this place is one of the worst I have ever come across in 15 years on the road. Bad food bad service bad breakfast and a shared bathroom that they don't tell you about till you get into the room....

Stood at the Old Mill Inn several times, staff has been very helpful and friendly, rooms are cosy, everything looks pleasant old fashioned with thick carpets, nice pictures and typical British (for me as a German). Love to stay with Tom and his people. Good cooking, nice pub.

Food excellent. Friendly staff. Dog made very welcome. But everywhere needs decorating. Rooms need new furniture. Bathrooms need updating. There are two bedrooms off the dining/function room I would hate tom be in one of those rooms when there is a function on.
