The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Volterra. The staff were friendly and very helpful with things to do and see in their town, also good suggestions to nearby restaurants. The hotel is in a limited traffic area, but we had a pass to drive to the hotel to unload our luggage. The parking garage was...

Chose this hotel based on the positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Upon arrival, staff were very welcoming and were keen to offer tourist information about the Volterra. The home made cakes at breakfast are not to be missed!

We spent just one night here on our way back to Pisa airport and it fitted our requirements exactly. Lovely to stay right in the heart of this lovely hilltop town amongst the bustle of Christmas shoppers. A most friendly welcome and clear directions on where to park the car overnight for free - just a very long series of...

High expectations from the very positive reviews, not really met. It is a simple, clean, central hotel but there were problems too: The sound insulation between floors and from the street is poor, there was a slightly bad smell, the breakfast was in a room with no windows and served with disposable plastic cups, a bit like a cheap canteen.

This was the best spot for our stay in the beautiful hill town of Volterra! Albergo Etruria Hotel (with 22 cozy rooms) is on Via Matteotti in the heart of town. The room was clean, with wifi, private bath and a nice breakfast. Best of all was the how welcoming and friendly Paola, Daniel and Andrea were to us ~...

A really nice hotel in the heart of Volterra. Family run, friendly, clean and quaint. The morning breakfast is nice too. The terrace is nice too but on a sunny day. A lovely place to stay in a small town as close by to all sites. Recommended.

We arrived by driving but our GPS was a bit old so we were directed to just a side street not that close to the hotel. We parked and found our way to hotel. The owner was so helpful, showed us on a map where to take our car to unload our luggage and then where to park for free....

I simply loved this hotel. I can't fault it. We received a beatiful welcome, help with luggage, a hearty varied breakfast, and all right in the heart of town. There's no old crumbling down bits, its all beautifuly restored but has lovely old character complete with windy charming corridors that take you to the terrace. Oh! The terrace, what a...

Such a friendly welcoming hotel. We arrived by bicycle and were immediately helped to store them carefully by the very friendly manager. Lovely rooms and breakfast and the real bonus of a garden with a bar to enjoy the evening sun. Recommend this hotel.
