Nothing Wrong - Nothing Great Staff are all personable and heplful. But the hotel itself lacks life, soul and a heart. It needs a rethink - it could potentially be a good 4 star hotel but it looks like the management have thought about it and given up for either lack of funds or enthusiasm. Its the way it leaves...

I have family in Viterbo and this is where I stay when I visit. I love this little city, located not too far from Rome. The hotel is nicely located, staff are warm and very accommodating. We had a wonderful stay!

Charming staff and spotlessly clean hotel. Very small showers and carpets in bedrooms making it very warm as the air- con not working or not switched on until June? Walls were very thin but this wasn't a problem as my neighbours were relatively quiet and hardly anyone was staying there.

Spent a week in this fairly typical hotel, just outside the city walls, so just a short but not very pleasant walk to the old town - several busy road crossings to negotiate. Lovely lounge and bar areas but my double room was very small. I was a single occupant and only just had enough room. Tiny shower which leaked...

Stayed 2 nights in Nov for business at university. Convenient 2 minute walk to univ entrance and 5 min to porta romana wall entrance. Comfortable warm room with carpet and warm colors; bed comfortable; bathroom ok but shower needs renovation; service good, friendly, helpful, respectful; very large sitting areas with newspapers, bar and breakfast area; breakfast not very good but...

the hotel is in a very good position for exploring the area, it is very close to the old town of Viterbo which is fantastic. The paintings, antiques and statues around the hotel give it an old world atmosphere. Not many places to sit outside but the lounges are wonderful, lots of armchairs etc. The rooms are quiet considering that...

This is the perfect location if you are visiting a student attending the University of Tuscia. My niece's apartment was just inside the walled city, right outside of that is a street with the University buildings and the hotel is at the other end of that street. I was also able to walk to/from the train station (Porto Romano) with...

Built and looks like it was decorated in the 1970s. Female desk staff friendly, efficient and helpful, pointing out restaurants and places of interest. However, no help with bags offered. Public rooms downstairs nicely furnished but our bedroom was dark and dingy. Air-con blowing hot air and shower door fell off. Needs refurbishing.

Friendly welcome, car parking, rooms nicely furnished. Free wifi. Small shower. I would have gone 5 rating but for breakfast. We arrived at 9.30 half an hour before finish. There was a cold dish of egg and ham no fresh orange juice but some sweet stuff. Shame but good location for town.

Stopped 2 nights here on driving tour. My first impressions of the approach to the city and initial feelings inside the old city walls was that we have made a mistake - the old book cover thing was the answer. Viterbo is quite a nice city to visit. The hotel is modern, clean and very well serviced by excellent staff....
