Positive: Marco and Krissel are super friendly hosts (big plus) Good location in the centre of Villasimius Tasty breakfast Free beachtowels (good for those who travel only with hand lagguage) Small present at arrival (wine + cookies) Negative: Walls in the hotel are quite thin. Earplugs for light sleepers recommended.

We just loved our stay at this hotel. It is situated in the center of the town, perfect. They have a very good breakfast. Best of all is the service. They are extremely pleasant, in a good mood and always very helpful. Just a great place to stay.

We visited this hotel for a weeks holiday after seeing all the great reviews. We were not disappointed. The hospitality of all the staff there is fantastic. Marco and his team make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. We had a suite with a private terrace and apart from a dog barking we never...

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay. It was truly perfect. We were in the basement room and even though it was the cheapest room, it was still very spacious and there was plenty of room for us to make ourselves at home for 10 days. Marco and his...

Villasimius is an exceptionally beautiful place with one of the prettiest bays and beaches we encountered in Sardinia. The drive there from Cagliari takes you along the coast with spectacular viewpoints and it's well worth the effort and time. I Graniti is located downtown, close to the square. We were very touched by the generosity, hospitality and quality of the...

On hill 50 yards slightly off the town centre, Marco very welcoming and helpful. Nothing too much trouble, . Very clean, and highly recommend. His brother helps with the parking above the hotel, must be a godsend in high summer. Breakfast very nice, and easy to walk straight into town Best restaurant in 8 days we had was here, but...

Marco is justifiably proud of having worked his way up from being a kitchen porter to owning such a lovely hotel. He is hard working, helpful and a fund of information about the region. Breakfasts are good and Marco's recommendations about restaurants were spot on.

I spent a wonderful 12-day vacation at Hotel I Graniti. Marco was an extraordinary host, very welcoming, paying attention to every detail and ensuring that every thing was perfect. The hotel has a most convenient location in the center of Villasimius and within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Breakfast each day included a different delicious home-made cake. I look...

Don't hesitate to stay here. It's on a perfect location. Marco, his beautiful wife and the rest of the staff are just wonderful. Great breakfast also. Everything you need. Free wifi (could be faster, but that is pretty common in Italy I believe). Price/ performance ratio is also great

Great little hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff you could wish for. We booked this hotel as it had a great review and we made a great choice. Hotel is just minute away from the main city street with lots of nice restaurants and bars. We had breakfast included and it was great and the service was impeccable....
