This hotel has so much potential for the location is good and the building is excellent, as are the rooms. However in general the service was lacklustre, especially in the morning at the free for all buffet with it's mediocre food and terrible coffee. Possible that the staff were fed up with all the budget bus tours and the interesting... More

This hotel takes a while to find your way around- everyone seemed to get lost most of the 2 days we were there! Meticulous attention to detail, totally Italian, lots of cosy nooks to sit and relax. This is a small big hotel! All the love of an Italian family run business poured in to it. This hotel is pristine... More

The hotel requires refurbishment. Very odd decoration pieces do we really need to see snake skins? Not a great first impression. Reception needs a redesign as the poor Porter has to carry all suitcases up a small staircase. Could you not build in a Ramp? I went up to my room in a lift that bounces when you get in.... More

It is difficult to rate this hotel other than average, as it fails to excel in any area. It is in a reasonable location, the food is plentiful and of an adequate standard, but nothing about the hotel exceeds expectations. It is a holiday hotel that takes every opportunity to maximise profit, but it takes 'transactional environment' to a whole... More

The staff are very helpful here, assisting with the luggage. The rooms are large, ours having a very modern hydro massage shower, we had a balcony opening onto a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. In the main the evening meals are good and the staff helpful, however on one night there was apart that ate most of... More

We stayed as part of an organised tour for three nights. We thought the hotel was relaxed, friendly and comfortable. They have a lovely terrace near the bar. The breakfast room took some finding and felt a bit like an airport lounge but there was plenty of choice of hot and cold food - avoid the coffee, however! I have... More

Stayed here on a trip with Riviera Tours. Good hotel with large rooms. Helpful staff. Good food. What else could you want? Near to the Old Town and it's excellent bars and restaurants. There is a very good and knowledgeable wine merchant, and an excellent food market - we now know what sun-dried tomatoes should taste like.

This is a more traditional style hotel situated below the old town and just a few hundred metres from the beach. It has its own area on the beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and cafe. The hotel accommodation is comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our meals whilst staying there. We would be happy to stay there again

We were on a Riviera tour and had previously been in 2 Hilton Garden Hotels that were were more for businessmen and out of town. This is in the centre of Vieste and caters to holidaymakers and we much preferred it. The staff are very helpful with varying levels of English speaking. It is 2 separate buildings which leads to...
