Perfect location just across the road from a lovely beach and with special rates for beds for hotel guests. The beach is gorgeous. The room was great, cleaned and tidied every day. Breakfast was lovely and the lady serving breakfast was so sweet and friendly. She always had a smile for all the guests. The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful, he was always on hand to offer advice. 10 out of 10 for us. Highly recommended.

Just spent a week at this small seafront hotel and a very enjoyable week it was too. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice about transport, eateries and places to visit. We would thoroughly recommend this well positioned hotel, overlooking the sea, even though it is partially obscured by a facade of shops and a main road. Thank you to Riccardo and Ciara in particular, but all the staff were a delight.

Excellent combination of price, quality and location. The area of the room is quite spacious, everything works, clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Breakfasts for me are excellent (omelet, ham, vegetables, croissants, butter, jam), also there is fruit salad, muesli, milk, water juices. Excellent coffee at the request of the guests, did not try tea, but it is also there. Also there is a partner beach. Center, railway, station in walking distance

Small family run hotel that is highly recommended. Riccardo, his wife and not forgetting Nonna were very welcoming and charming people. The room had a balcony and was clean and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was small (one at a time) but adequate. Traffic noise might be a problem for some (book a room at the back if it is) but with the sea air we slept well. Breakfast was good. Good central position, passeggiata and sea just across the road.

One of Lynne's Italian cousins booked us into this hotel for our two day visit and he really could not have chosen a better place for us. The staff were welcoming and very helpful and our bedroom was comfortable, clean and had an interesting view over adjacent roof tops and terraces. In the evening it was just a case of crossing the road to take part in the "passagiata" - always a pleasurable experience in Italy. We also found an excellent restaurant "Lo Squalo" where we could sit and eat a lovely meal looking out as the sun set over the sea. All of this for a budget price is quite remarkable.

Ricarrdo greated us with a big smile and even though we arrived earlier than scheduled oir room was ready. It was so clean and right opposite to the beach with a great view. The train station was only 15 minutes away as well and the pasegata was 2 minutes away. I would definitely go back :)

Small family hotel. Very nice clean room with view on the beach and sea. We stopped here on our way to and from Florence. Very relaxing place. Breakfast is good, it may even be possible to eat here, we did not try. Possibility to park the car along the street, small fee to be paid.

Easy to find. Right opposite the beach. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Family run hotel. I was there to learn Italian at the Centro Culturale Giacomo Puccini just up the road. Grazie alla famiglia per tutto.
