I would highly recommend to stay at hotel Lisà. The rooms are big and clean. The location is great and the breakfast is really nice and maybe even important: the staff is one of the friendliest that I have ever experienced. They are always there for you if you need anything and if you have any questions they are happy to answer it for you. I think it’s one of the nicest hotel that I have stayed in and therefore I would definitely come back to Viareggio to stay at hotel Lisà!

We spent few nights in the family bedroom (1 double bed and 2 singles) It was super clean, the bathroom is pretty new and the shower was great. Very quiet street were we could park our car. The breakfast is excellent with homemade cake. The beach is the perfect distance to walk (5-10 minutes)The owner Elena is very helpful and sweet !
We stayed in this lovely little b&b for a week on July. We felt very welcomed, the host Eliana is such a warm-hearted and helpfull person. Our room was very clean and cleaned up every day. Still the breakfast was the best part of our stay! Calm neighbourhood and a short walk to the beach.
We stayed here for 3 nights recently and had a wonderful time. The rooms are bright and well-maintained, with a lovely French theme. Nice bathroom, with a good shower and the bedroom has air-conditioning which was very much needed. The breakfasts were amazing. What a fantastic spread and nothing was too much trouble for our lovely hostess and owner, Elena. Although there is no bar, we were allowed to bring in our own drinks to leave in the fridge and then have on the pretty little terrace. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a stay. Thank you again for giving us a great time and all the best for the future.
we stayed at hotel lisa for four nights, we had a beautiful room, immaculate, brand new bathroom. Elena the hotel manager is the warmest friendliest person. her breakfast was amazing. we would highly recommend. walking distance to beach and amenities. would definitely stay here again.
Very nice Hotel. Very good Breakfast. Kind personnel. Would definitively go there again. Not far from the beach. Walking Distance from Bars in the sidewalk. We loved the calm place with Lovely people in Viareggio.
We stayed at this hotel (which is more like a bed and breakfast) for seven nights. We were shown to a very small room for our first night. It had broken fittings and brackets hanging off the wall and a loose (potentially dangerous) electrical socket hanging off the wall in the very small bathroom. On returning to our room after eating at a local restaurant we noticed a lizard on the ceiling. As we hadn't opened any doors or windows on our first day there the lizard must have already been in the room. We went to reception to seek help but there wasn't anyone on duty. We walked around the interior of the hotel looking for someone when it became obvious that the owner/manager lived elsewhere. There was no information on the small unattended reception desk giving any contact details in case of an emergency. What we did notice was photocopies of guests passports and their booking details. After a long time we finally managed to find a number to contact the manager who turned up fifteen minutes later. He got a chair and a broom and wacked the poor lizard who unfortunately died. The following morning we noticed that there was a bigger room with a better bathroom so we asked if we could change rooms which we were allowed to do. In our opinion the breakfast was very poor. If you like lots of sweet pastries and cakes then you will be fine but if you want bread rolls there are very few and most of those were stale. It was very much first come, first served. If you went in the second hour of the two hour breakfast period then there would only be three or four small rolls left for us or anyone after us. There was never any replenishment. On our final morning we couldn't eat the rolls because they were so stale. No fruit or cereal. Coffee was good but limited to only one small cup. Public parking was free and close by. The rooms and the hotel were clean.…
I made a reservation at this hotel with booking.com who screwed up taking a booking when they had already been informed there was no vacancies. Turned up late at night and the manager was so kind and helpful. He spent ages phoning around for alternative accommodation, and when he found me a hotel, which was a fair distance away, he drove me there in his car, saw to it that I did indeed have a room, and even got me a discount. The manager deserves 10 out of 10, and I will certainly return to this hotel just on the strength of the help I was given
The owner was charming and very helpful, giving great tips on restaurants and beach club. quick walk into the city and lots of free parking close by. the rooms are a little standard but the living areas are lovely and well decorated.
