This small hotel is easy to get to and a block from the beaches and all the restaurants. The staff are really welcoming and friendly. English is spoken by all of them and they are really helpful with suggesting local attractions other than the beach. Rooms are very simple and small, but comfortable enough for a good sleep after a long day in the sun and an evening of merriment. Prices are hard to beat, specially if one is a budget Traveller.

The interaction with the staff was great, our daughter didn't want to go home. They gave us great service and helped us changing room as we wanted to have a room with balcony. The location is great, close to the beach and the park - perfect when having kids. Having said that, it is a 2-star hotel so the standard of the rooms could improve. The beds are worn out and a renovation of the bathrooms would improve the impression a lot.

This very friendly family run hotel has a super location near to the beach. The main part of the hotel was originally a private house built about 100 years ago and has most of the original period features. We had the big bedroom with the corner balcony shown in the picture. The balcony has the sun most of the day. The room had two aspects and there is a sea view from the balcony. The hotel is run by Serena and her father. Serena speaks excellent fluent English and her father is nearly as good. They will help you with anything that you need to know. There is a publc bus service to the railway station and Pisa Airport from a stop 200m distant from the hotel.

Friendly, family run hotel. Lovely breakfast, a good selection on offer with great coffee. Booked this last minute to round off a month in Italy in various places. We have stayed in many hotels and found this to be the best value. In terms of comfort, sleep quality, price and location it is hard to beat. Two minutes from a really nice stretch of beach. Will definitely return.

Stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of September. Very enjoyable experience, it has a small family run vibe. Staff were very helpful, rooms were clean and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is a great hotel in a brilliant location having the beach 3 minutes away at one end of the street and the park about the same distance at the other end. The railway station is approx 20 minutes walk. You can catch the service bus directly from Pisa airport to a few metres from the hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. This hotel provides many more extras than expected from a 2 star establishment - including free wifi, safe, tea and coffee facilities in the room, tv and air conditioning. The bed linen is beautifully clean, crisp white cotton and towels are brilliant white, soft and good quality. Breakfast is buffet style and offers a good variety of quality food and drink in Italian style. I have left the best thing until last which is the lovely family who run the hotel. We have never known anyone so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and were very grateful to Sandro and Sirena for all their help in exploring and suggestions of places to go.

Thank you for choosing our hotel. It is' right that a foreign guest is directed and advised when visiting a new country. it is very important that you feel comfortable and that you value his vacation. You have also had the good fortune of a sunny holiday and not just for the Irish! We are still waiting for you to know even better the Versilia and Tuscany. See you soon!

Great value, amazing location, and very quiet even though you are so close to the promenade (which is also a plus!). The hospitality is some of the best I've ever received and I would definitely return some day if in the area. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

We had a lovely holiday during our 1 week stay in this very nice and friendly family hotel. The hotel owner, his wife and his daughter are very friendly and most kind and helpfull. The room was royal and was cleaned every day. We got good advices for dinner and for the free beach. Serena, the daughter, is a good hostess and knows how to feel very welcome. Snel does everything with A smile and had personal attention for every guest. The breakfast is very complete, with several nice coffees, juices, egg, croissant, toast and fresh fruit. We enjoyed our stay here very much. First we should stay here for only three days, but finally it got more than a week. We van recommand this nice hotel to everybody that loves personal attention during holliday. The price quality ratio is very good. Serena and father and mother Terragni, thanks for staying with you. We'll never forget!

Of course in an Italian hotel a guest is expected to be satisfied in all. But I think it is not easy to find the Manchester United fans in Viareggio! For your next visit I will certainly let you find the poster of Sir Fergusson! Thanks for the feedback and see you next visit to Italy!
