We stayed i this little hotel on a weekend during the Carnevale at Viareggio. Our room had a balcony and we were able to see the floats pass by from this stupendous vantage point. I highly recommend this especially if you have children.

very nice family business, clean. Good breakfast with freshly cutted ham and cheese and very nice coffee. Had dinner there, that was excellent. They don't really speak English. So it might be better if you speak Italian (anyway)
