This is our third visit and it never disappoints. This year we came with friends and we were so well looked after. This is a great family run hotel and is fabulously quirky. It's very well run, rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Nothing is too much trouble. Food is excellent, try the regional dishes. Another great skiing holiday...

Firstly the staff at this hotel are excellent and you can't fault them all ways smiling happy to do anything for you nothing is to much trouble. The spa area is great lovely to come back to after a days skiing. Please ignore reviews that moan about the price of drinks the aren't cheap but there aren't to expensive. A beer...

This place does what it says on the tin, solid family hotel, decent food friendly atmosphere, let down somewhat by very expensive drinks and wine list is poor and overpriced. Main feature we booked for was the facility to have ski boot and ski store on piste, this was not available when we arrived due to dispute between hotel and...

A well run family hotel, food is adequate rather than great. Dinner better than breakfast which is somewhat lacking. Nice bar area and not too pricey, with free pool table. Spa is good and free! Good location being a short walk to the slopes and town square. Staff were great, very helpful. Room (340) was tight for family of four,...

This is a traditional style hotel situated a short walk from the ski slopes. Rooms are fine and the staff are all helpful. The Spa is for over 12s which we did not know prior to our visit which was slightly disappointing for our 9 year old but understandable. My only gripe with the hotel was the fact you couldn't...

Within minutes of arriving we were checked in and was sorting luggage in our room. Plenty wardrobe space. Spacious room with period decor which perhaps is in need of a light refurbishment . The lift goes up to 2 of the 3 floors but other than conveying luggage we never used it. However extremely clean with absolutely no complaint. Large...

Last minute ski break at a very reasonable price. Traditional hotel with many original features in the public areas and a clean and functional room. Staff welcoming, friendly, courteous and helpful. Standard but plentiful breakfast fare. Evening meals outstanding. Five courses including soup, salad buffet, pasta, main dish and dessert. All freshly made and appetising. Ideal after a long day...

Buffet style dinners were amazing, agreement with hut just by slopes to let you leave your ski equipment means you can essentially ski to door, unbelievably helpful staff and a great spa area. Could not recommend more. Only slight criticism I would say is the variation at breakfast and the selection could be a little better (but that's me being...

Arrived on March 6th for THE BEST WEEK OF THE SEASON! Our initial room 123 was absolutely awful and I was really disappointed as we'd paid extra for a comfort room and it was on the ground floor. We'd asked for a room on a higher floor so I didn't hesitate to ask if we could move. Without even a...

We had a great week in Sestriere and stayed in the Hotel Savoy. The lift doesn't access all floors and the rooms are tiny but the staff are 1st class. The food was good and plentiful but they stopped afternoon tea before we visited. Great access to the slopes and free ski storage 10m from the main lift and 100m...
