Was recommended by a friend that this was a nice hotel with a roof swimming pool and a private beach. When I came both was closed and they told my it did not open before 1.June. This was way I coose this hotel. The garden restaurant was closed and the restaurant inside was not very nice. The breakfast was good...

We were stuck because of a car mishap and complications with our booking at another hotel on a wet miserable Sunday evening. They found us a very nice room, and fed us royally. The staff were more than helpful, the food was excellent, the room well appointed and quiet. The maitre d' kept us amused and from time to time...

Good hotel for visiting Sestri Levante and Cinque Terre. To get to Cinque Terre it is only a short trip by train, and the train station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel located at the promenade and a nice place to stay. very helpful staff and a nice restaurant. Wifi is a bit slow, but that only gives you...

I went to Sestri Levante because of a business trip and chose this place because of a good tradeoff between price and service. In turn I was pretty satisfied. The personnel is super friendly and the rooms are clean. The shower curtain appeared to be a bit outdated and the Internet was very slow. The breakfast was good and basically...

Stayed here as part of a tour group. Delightful hotel. Clean rooms, good location opposite beach. Wished I could have stayed a little longer. Has a pool and offers a massage service. Wish we had have arrived back from Cinque Terra earlier to take advantage of them both.

I find it very difficult to believe this is a four star hotel. Three star at best. The rooms are small and basic and the bathroom (plastic shower) is not somewhere you want to spend any time. Breakfast is a pretty poor offering too and most items seem to run out rather often. We were told that the the hotel...

I'm sorry for what happened with the reservation, our mistake. However, we have taken steps to provide accommodation, regular and refund the difference from the family room. The 60 euro were not for the third bed (folding? But where?). You were in three person, the additional from the double bedroom to the triple room is 60 euro for all. The...

Very clean and quite kind personnel. Rooms are somewhat small, not that spacious. Breakfast is quite upsetting as it is not as vary as one might expect. This is more a conference and or business hotel. Pizza restaurant is really delicious!!

When I was in Sestri for a conference, I had the chance to visit some of the meeting rooms. They are quite nice and spacious. Don't know about the rooms. A pity the staff isn't always available and not always as friendly as we would like them to be ...

The hotel is located just in front of the sea. This is the only plus Rooms are ordinary, but very "cold". Staff pretty kind. My MAJOR concern is the following I was there on Friday night for business, unfortunately in the same hotel where the junior team of Juventus (football or soccer team, depending where you live) was hosted. I...

Dear Customer, I would like to clarify that the room was reserved for the football team, expressed wish of their managers. Also the food and drinks were specifically requested, and listed differently than the standard breakfast, included in your price. You are probably entered to the wrong room, because you didn't read the notice at the entrance and probably you...

Beautiful hotel with quaint balconies in some rooms. Rooms appear to havupdated recently updated. Yes, the bath towels are very thin compared to most hotels. Food quality and service were adequate. No Internet service in the rooms, only in the main lobby. Front desk service was good and answered questions in English. Great location in the heart of the shopping...
