We enjoyed one night at this hut. The young people who work there are very committed to keeping the hutt so clean. They were all friendly and made us feel so welcome. great drinks from the bar. We had our own cosy room and a shared shower. The views from the loo are incredible and from anywhere up there actually. So much wood makes it feel so cosy. We all ate together and were soon having a lovley time with strangers. The meal was fantastic and the food just kept on coming. It felt like a very exclusive on top of the world eperience. So peaceful by night. Great room for boots etc. Well done to those who work so hard up there

We walked to the Bellavista Hutte from Vent which was a distance of 17km. We were met by a friendly staff member who gave us all the information needed and a drink!! The evening meal was 4 courses and very tasty. Breakfast was also good. The shared shower/toilet facilities were very clean and the views from the veranda were spectacular.

We went to Bella Vista twice for lunch during our ski break, and the food was way-way better than anything we have ever tasted before in ski hüttes, bravo! The ribs with rosemary were particularly memorable, minestrone excellent, I wish we had time to try all the choices.

Invited to travel from our hotel to the hut we head up from the end of the Public road along a steep mountain track in a powerful 4 X 4 climbing up 850metres to 2850 metres above sea level. A real experience. The location is just fantastic. I believe this is a converted Custom House - you are only a few metres away from the Austrian boarder!
In our short stay the view was just so good as was the walk on the Glacier. Food and Accommodation were better than could be expected in this location. But at their hotel in the valley it was as good! With a walk down the mountain to end the trip it made it something we will always remember!

A really fantastic location and even more fantastic service. Every member of their staff is easy-going, personable, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate a food-allergy and made the whole experience better with their unpretentious, unassuming good cheer. The place itself is, as I said, lovely, one of the most beautiful mountain views imaginable. The chalet is usually very full, walls are thin and ceilings are creaky. Bathrooms and showers shared (but always immaculately clean). In short--- not for everybody, more the ready-to-rough-it-a-little crowd. Best for deep sleepers, more enjoy-communal-living type people. We loved it! The food is unusually excellent for a chalet, it's like they have a 5 star chef hidden away up there. My only complaint was that the hot tub's water needed changing...so I spent more time in the Sauna instead (not bad!) PS. Wifi somewhat unreliable (on usually only about a few hours a day) but I would recommend leaving the phone at home and enjoying the great alpine views anyway!

Perfectly located, it is a nice hut, with 4 courses dinner and gentle service. Gorgeous view, nice rooms, igloo, sauna. Would be great if heating and hot water would work every day. Wind blows also pretty much through the windows, making the sauna the only place to get away of the outside cold weather.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The igloo was a great experience and not as cold as you'd think. The food was hearty mountain fayre and delicious for it. Superb staff too - thanks so much to Dominic and Nadine as they really made it special. Highly recommend!

The best mountain chalet I have ever stayed ! The location is just the best, views are perfect both in the morning and during the evening...
Rooms are small but nice, very little windows, but who spends time in the room while having such a wonderful area around.
The toilets and showers are nice and clean and enough even if the house is fully booked.
The only problem might be if you want to get some sleep while people are parting in the common room or if staff is parting in the kitchen. We have asked to change our room after the first night, an the other room was a little more quiet.
The food is perfect and it's more than you can eat !
Little pool/jacuzzi and sauna outside are a nice treat after whole day skiing.
