We had a magnificent junior suite at the top of the hotel with beautiful views. It had a separate toilet with bidet and the bathroom had a shower separate from the bath tub (with shower). The food was diverse and very well presented, besides being a delight to the taste buds, and they ordered food that we requested, that wasn't in...

Dear Sparrow2014, thank you very much for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us at the Hotel Savoy. However, we would like to address a couple of the points that you made in your review: The steps that lead up to the piste are not cleared in the winter because our guests do...

We were a Group of 8 Norwegians stying at the hotel the last week of January 2016. We have been travelling to several ski areas in the Alps and stayed in similar hotels as Hotel Savoy. We all agreed that Hotel Savoy is by far the best and in particular we enjoyed the athmosphere with great staff, superb food, real...

The Savoy was absolutely perfect. The food in one word "amazing". Compliments to the chef and the staff. Very good and very friendly. Also the bar area was nice. The bartender was very good in making our favorite cocktails. The rooms were great, clean, and the view from the room amazing. Wifi in the room was so so and in...

Dear Guest, thank you very much for your review. We are aware that the Wifi can sometimes be slow, but unfortunately we cannot improve this at the moment. The Val Gardena is not yet linked up to the fibreglass cable network and so in the evenings when everyone comes back from skiing and logs on to the internet the system...

Highly recommended if you want to be spoilt and pampered. The staff are friendly and always ready to please with a smile. The food is delicious, with a buffet breakfast that covers everything you could wish for. Dinner is a gourmet 5 course meal and my compliments go to the chef - in our 3 visits to the hotel, we...

Such a lovely hotel. Just come back from a skiing holiday at the Savoy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is wonderful - imaginative, delicious and well presented. The selection of local wines proposed each evening is very well done. The rooms are comfortable and the spa, which gets better year by year, is highly restorative after a...

This property is very well appointed with wonderful spa amenities. If you want to be spoiled, you should come here. The room was exceptionally appointed and large with a separate toilet and bidet room across from the main bathroom (nice amenity). We decided to get some wine and groceries to make panini and enjoy the terrace. The staff was extremely...

Having stayed here on two occasions for skiing holidays, my wife and I decided to visit again in the summer. The standards of service and the quality of the meals did not disappoint. The attentive owners were on-hand throughout to offer advice on all aspects of the stay. Thoroughly recommend.

My husband and I have just returned from our second visit to the Savoy. The hotel was as comfortable and as welcoming as last year and it was good to see that the friendly and efficient staff had not changed. The chef is very creative and creates the most delicious meals with a new menu each day and plenty of...

I found this hotel on Tripadvisor and have not been disappointed. The small suite we booked was spacious and had good views and was very quiet. We booked half board and dinners were excellent though I thought the breakfasts were tuned into German tastes. The ski in ski/out facility was a bit overdone as we were usually skiing in another...

We returned this year as a family group having made our first visit last year as a couple. This family run hotel is very well run with the owner and his wife visible each day. Equally reassuring was the number of staff who we recognised (and who remembered us too) from our previous stay. This is a genuine ski-in/ski-out hotel...
