Nice staff, very friendly and service-minded. The Hotel is small and has a good location just at the end of the main ski slope. The Sauna is not very hot, the relax room terrific but the WiFi is slow. The bar is nice and there is a great outside bar also. The food is very good. The breakfast is OK,...

Good location 300m from Selva mainstreet, at the ski slope. Good room, a little dark at evening by poor lighting, with separate bathroom. Good breakfast and good dinner. Expensive wines, no reasonable priced (ca € 20) house-wines

Perfect gourment restaurant for celiaks and other people. Excellent cuisine, staff very friendly. Very convinient location regarding cable cars and near the center. Unbelieveable care for celiaks - staff will prepare lunch boxes according to your choice.

Excellent breakfast, even better dinner, really friendly staff, luxury, familyfeeling. Design in the small details! After spending some winter week vacations in the Dolomite area, we have places to compare with: this is a really nice place to stay. We will come back! Fam Uhrlander, Sweden.

A wonderful experience. Really beautiful hotel with friendly staff, great service and gourmet food. You should really try their evening menu. It is to die for. Rooms are clean and stylish although shower could be bigger. Overall a great experience and I will for sure come back.

We were upgraded to this hotel as its sister 3 star hotel (Hartmann) in Ortisei was under renovation. How lucky we felt. A great location for our hike around Sasso Lungo. Clean, bright rooms, well furnished with very comfortable beds. Very helpful, attentive staff with good English. Very nice evening meal and a decent breakfast. Lovely sauna/wellness area in the...

We stayed at Hotel Acadia with my sister and husband - their first trip to the Dolomites, we have been many times. We picked the hotel for it's location, right on the slopes. Although a bit of a drag (literally) to get up through the extensive beginner slopes to the main slopes in the morning, it is a true ski-in,...

This immaculate hotel provides a great base for accessing the fabulous ski areas around Val Gardena. Whilst the surroundings were top-class, for me it was the staff who made the experience so memorable. From the front desk to the team in the restaurant everyone we met was friendly, efficient and eager to go the extra mile for you. Our 5...
