Just got back from here today (18/3/2017) and never have I stayed in such a shambolic hotel. Our room was never hoovered or cleaned during our weeks holiday and was very dusty. The only thing done to our room was made beds... the beds are like camp beds; wafer thin mattresses and made for a very unpleasant sleep and after...

I travelled with a friend who had stayed at this hotel some years before so I trusted her judgment. Whilst the hotel looked good in the brochure and being so close to the magic carpet, the magic had completely disappeared. When we arrived there was a mix up with the rooms all round (we paid extra for a balcony and...

This hotel is ideally placed for the slopes and the lively Apres Bars, but is in a quiet position. We had room 107 which had been recently refurbished, had plenty of space, storage and a good shower. Not all rooms were as good apparently. We could ski in and out and then stroll down to one of the bars with...

We booked this place last minute due to the competitive pricing and the fact wine was included with dinner. We went with an open mind as didn't expect a luxury hotel or nice little extras considering what we had paid. The hotel was pretty much on a par with what we expected. The location was first class, literally ski in...

A very tired and dated hotel. Needs fully refurbishing, or might be easier to knock it down and start again! Great location for skiers, genuine ski in ski out. But that's about the only plus. Hotel didn't want ski equipment keeping in the rooms, they wanted you to leave your boots in the boot room. Sounds fair enough, except the...

This hotel is ok it's a bit dated and is not luxury but the location is superb. The management staff don't give a monkey's but all front of house staff are pretty good. Rooms are cleaned daily but it's all a bit dated. We had to wait 3 days for extra pillows and my friend cut his toe on a...

We were a little wary staying here after reading some of the negative reviews however I wonder if this was just teething problems at the start of the season as we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. As mentioned previously, the location is superb and once you have walked to/from the village for drinks in the evening you will...

Having read a mixture of reviews for this hotel, including one saying it should be called Fawlty Towers, we were intrigued to see what it was like. Well, the answer is superb. The staff were always friendly, helpful and eager to enjoy a laugh with us. Ankou [not sure of spelling] ran an excellent restaurant and Manuela and Amenuela [again,...

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel as part of a Inghams package because of it's great positioning and value for money. It definitely delivered! We had a generous sized room, that was always perfectly cleaned, warm and cosy after a day on the slopes. We had a room we a terrace which was lovely to sit out on and...

A group of 25 of us stayed here recently. The hotel is literally on the slopes, hop skip & a jump to the travelator which takes you to the Clotes lift. The hotel represents excellent value for money, the room was a good size with a balcony, large wall radiator in both the bedroom & bathroom, my only complaint if...
