Just one night here but feeling home. This is what a hotel should be. Friendly staff , food very nice and an enjoyable evening. Rooms are with a great standard. Altogether a perfect standard that you would like to get every time.

Wonderful family run hotel, made us feel so welcome last year that we had to come back this year, very nice room with Terrace. A great beach opposite the hotel and a lovely place to sit and have a drink in the evening . We didn't do full board but we have eaten in the hotel on this trip and... More

Good clean hotel. Rooms very clean. Shower a bit small. Restaurant quitegood. Breakfast not much to say about. The lungs mare is just in front of hotel. They serve some great icecream . Roseto is just one large beach.

Not the first stay for me, and I keep forgetting about the railway line! After the second night you get used to that. Any of these hotels in winter are going to be less attractive, but it does not detract from the hotel. Friendly staff, well appointed, decent wifi except that if you move away and back, you need to... More

My wife, son and his wife had a wonderful 3 day visit this May (2015) while spending time with some relatives from the area. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms spacious, and the service exception and friendly. I have never seen a shower with so many features, including being a mini-steam room! The room had a balcony with a... More

We stopped in for a meal and everything about it was terrible. From the incredibly overcooked fish to the very t under cooked pasta, to the staff at the next table watching you tube videos and thinking we spoke no Italian, to the wine that had clearly seen better days. .. It says terrible.

I stayed one Sunday night. As I do not know the area, I had hired a car equipped with SatNav. Unfortunately, the GPS software was unable to find either the address or the hotel (in POI). I checked on my own car's SatNav back home and had the same result so there's an issue somewhere. Quite lost, I called the... More

A great little place in a lovely, relaxing place on the sea. It has everything you expect to find in a family-run hotel: great rooms, terrific personal service, and a gracious host. The hotel has been completely redone with the state-of-the-art bathrooms, tv and dvd player, etc. I'll be back for sure.

“I guess that there are larger rooms than the one I occupied:- check! I also guess that some rooms are quieter than others and I would have that conversation when making a reservation. I believe the railway line runs all along the coast so you would only escape it by seeking accommodation inland.”
