hi they stop in Switzerland for about an hour you don,t need Swiss francs they take euros but beware it is expensive and after that a couple of short stops in Italy just toilet breaks for a few minutes getting to the hotel... More

hi Kathryn the ride to Venice is a good couple of hours as they have to stop off and get a pass / toll too use the cause way too catch the taxi boats to get in to Venice itself .

The town was about 15 minute walk from the hotel and you pass the bus station on the way
